So far, I'm guessing the author had the book written by a ghost writer whose first language isn't English.In the first two pages most of the sentences aren't complete sentences and it is difficult to read..Truly hoping it gets better.I will update my review if it does

This cookbook definitely gives you the information you need to learn how to use your grill properly. The recipes are very easy to follow. I look forward to trying all of them in time. Can't wait to try recipe 41 traeger jerk shrimp and 47 Easy Thai grill fish fillets.
