I got the frame quickly and well packaged. I put some art in it and it's nice and deep so the glass doesn't touch the art, which is about a half inch high. It looks beautiful.

I thought it was expensive, but upon receipt I must say well worth the money. Very nice construction, easy to work with, great looks.

Love this frame! It fit my son's graduation cap, gown, sash, cords all inside and displays beautifully. Great quality and great price point! Ordered another in white for my daughters graduation

I purchased this shadow box for framing son's wedding photo's. I used a double 5x7 matt to attach silk boutonieres. Worked out perfect. The frame is shiped with heavy duty plastic protectors on each corner of the frame (preventing damage during shipping). The wood is nice and solid with no imperfections.

I ordered this frame in black and white for two mixed-media prints I recently purchased at an art show. The frames arrived quickly and packaged very well and I was impressed with the precautions taken to insure their safety. Unfortunately the black one was broken at the bottom where the swivel clip holds the back in place and had been taped over with what appears to be a piece of black electrical tape. I think this may have caused a problem but my artwork was too thick to fit in the back and the clips couldn’t reach their grooves, so I didn’t get the chance to find out. Sadly, I have to return both. I didn’t even open the white one because I knew it wouldn’t fit either. I would’ve given the frames a 5-star if the black one hadn’t been broken because it’s not the sellers fault my artwork didn’t fit. Given the opportunity I'm sure the seller would’ve rectified my purchase if the frames would’ve fit my art. The frames are otherwise very well-made and pretty and I really wish they would’ve worked. Unfortunately I have to return them and look elsewhere.

I have been collecting magnets as we travel for years, my fridge was looking a bit too full. I had ordered 2 of these frames and filled them, just ordered a 3rd shadow box frames since I still have a few more to had. These frames are well made and beautiful at a great price! love them !

I searched high and low for the right shadow box. There are a lot of overpriced plastic or melamine ones out there. I created this display for our beach house rental to help guests id the shells they find. Overall I am pretty pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the frame. It's face is real glass, not acrylic and was packed well with no damage. One word of warning, the back hanger is directly attached to the board on which you are mounting. This means you want to make sure it's oriented correctly before gluing anything down. I learned the hard way. I now have to figure out how to hang it so it isn't upside down but still sits flat on the wall. Hopefully I can drill (without splitting) the inside of the back flange for eyehooks and wire.EDIT*I was able to drill a couple of very small holes and use some eye hooks to hang this. I made sure to put a little glue in the holes to prevent splitting. So far so good. I think I have more faith in this hanging system than I do in the one that came with it.

What did I like?The price was reasonable.It has real glass. The edges were rounded off, which was a pleasant surprise.The mounting surface is foam board with a thin cloth/fuzz like cover (mounting pins included). It sort of looks like parchment, but feels like a very thin felt. I mention this because it attracts dirt like a mall Santa's pants attracts the urine of small children. I put on some gloves; problem solved.The clips holding everything together in back fit snugly and the hangy things are attached very securely (clearly, I'm not a big player in the light box game). Overall, it feels sturdy.The corner cuts are clean and don't give off a "I'm cheap AF" vibe.What didn't I like? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm assuming it will stay on the wall.. I'll update if any compelling drama unfolds.

It’s a decent looking frame, a little heavier than expected but manufactured wood often is. It only came with 6 pins so we’ll need to use others instead.The frame was broken but the packaging was fine so it looks like it came from the manufacturer that way. We’re sending it back and are ordering another so, fingers crossed. LolWe’ll update when we get the second order.
