used it. cleaned the filter fine. cleaned it using 5 gallon bucket. changed my water all the way out, too, and water has stayed clear for over 6 months with just added chlorinator. the filter and water before i used the filter cleaner was quite cloudy and some slime on filter.

I have used this product several times and it has e to ally done a good job cleaning my hot tub filters.

Does a good job on cleaning hottub filters. Does not help with any soil/stains on filters but gets the gunk out. Instructions are in super tiny print so just have to guess to how much to use and how often. I got about 3 cleaning sessions from from this bottle for two of the larger sized filters.

This stuff works ok. Nothing magical. I washed my relatively clean filter before soaking. Soaked it for an hour. Rinsed. Still had discoloration. This stuff looks, smells and feels like Zep purple degreaser. If it is the same thing, that would be a lot cheaper option.

if you're looking for a good solution to clean your filter, try this. Fill a bucket with warm/hot water. pour in the solution according to instructions then soak the filter. I soaked mine over night. Rinsed with a pressure hose then soaked for an additional time with just clean water to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned and rinsed well of remaining solution.
