Seem to be a strong made cut off wheel.
I like them so far, only tried it on copper and stainless steel and they seem to be working fine for me. They fit my porter cable electric angle grinder perfectly.

Plenty of cutting power and good durability for the price. They hold up well when working with metal and fit securely on the grinder. Great for bulk users. Use it to cut a lot of aluminum, clean cuts, and lasts as long as the expensive ones.
