Good value! Ten servings more for the money than the sticks. Good flavor, not too salty. Has helped with hydration with daily use. My only complaint is the scoop size is as big as the opening of a standard disposable water bottle, making it difficult to pour in without spillage. Better for cup or larger water bottle use.

It is delicious and definitely needed in this heat. I have been looking along time for a drink that tasted good. This fit the bill perfectly.

I used it on the 20th. Remember it's a powder that aids in electrolytes. It has flavor but not like actual cherry or pomegranate. It aids in replenishment of again electrolytes. I doctored it up with lemons and a little actual pomegranate juice not very much. It made the taste better, with chia seeds. I made a whole new drink 😅. If you have issues with plain water you should try it. But not this flavor, not a mix. Try a solid, like orange or lemon not a mixture. I will finish it. But it's good for you regardless 😊

I love the Ultima brand! I’ve tried their individual sticks but have now found the flavors I enjoy the most to keep in a container at home. They give me the perfect pick me up and this container has a great number of servings but small enough to store. I’m drinking so much more water which helps with overall heath including making me feel great and increasing my focus throughout the day!

This is a great electrolyte drink. It doesn't have like 1000mg of salt, which for us is perfect. We need electrolytes, but not that much salt! Its nice as so many flavors and you can buy it in single powder packet form if you are travelling - makes it easier because then you just need water, instead of buying an electrolyte drink at the airpot and then you have tons of plastic, costs to much etc... Just bring this and your stainless steel water bottle and done!
