Love this shed! Holds more than you think
Arrived quickly. Instructions were clear and relatively easy to follow. The design of how this thing goes together is a bit odd. The sides and doors come in two segments each and have to be screwed together to make the full panel, which is something I've never seen before. Maybe it's so everything can fit in the box? There are a ridiculous number and variety of screws that hold various parts together. Most of them were so close to the same size and length. I don't know why they didn't just use the same size screw for most of the build, instead of having 10-15 different types of fasteners. I spent 10 minutes just opening tiny plastic bags of screws. Not horrible...just a bit annoying. I put this together by myself. It definitely would have helped to have a 2nd hand with me, but it's doable. Just set aside a few hours and make yourself a cocktail. There's a strong cedar-like chemical smell out of the box. Idk if this wood is treated with something. It's gone away slightly after a couple of weeks airing out on my back porch, but it is still there. Not a bad smell...just strong at first. I will probably need to varnish or water seal this thing to keep it protected, bc it is unfinished wood, but it looks great! Shelves are removeable. You can use 3, 2, 1 or none! I have all 3 in there. It holds a surprisingly large amount of stuff! I'm using it as a potting shed. Probably going to screw some hooks onto the side and hang more garden tools from it. It works for my tiki/nautical/jungle theme on my back porch. I may even order another one at some point.

FEDEX LEFT IT DOWN THE DRIVEWAY FOR A 71 YEAR OLD LADY TO GET INTO THE GARAGE BY MYSELF!!!!!
Smells wonderful!!!! Very difficult to put together unless you have building experience!!! It’s definitely a two person job, so if you’re alone without the ability to get someone to help, don’t purchase it!! You need a builder and a helper. It’s quite a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, another case of tricky photography so make sure that you measure your space ahead of time and coordinate it with the measurements that they give you!! They do list the measurements of the cabinet. My mistake!! All in all, once you get it put together by a person who actually knows how to build things it still smells great and will suit me for what it’s needed for.

Do Not Buy
Do not buy this. Many broken pieces in the box because the wood is very light and not durable. The shelf weight ratings have to be a lie. Please go to local stores and get hands on your product before buying this very cheap Chinese crap.

Attractive Wood Cabinet
We are using this Cabinet to store our pool equipment and chemicals. We did not want a ugly Resin/ Plastic Cabinet that is going to fade after a few years from the Sun. So after reading the reviews I decided on this wood fir Cabinet. It was shipped with no damage and all the hardware was there. During the assembly process the instructions call for you to fasten one side panel to the back panel of this Cabinet. It was awkward when your putting this together by yourself. But I managed. Before I put the roof on, I laid down a bead of silicone around the top edge, set the roof down, then used silicone in each hole where the screws would be used fastening the top down. This was to create a barrier to 'help prevent' water coming in. After assembly I applied wood sealer inside and out. Even though fir wood is lighter it seemed sturdy enough for our purpose. The shelfs seem strong and are not bending with the weight stored on them. What your paying for is a nice looking cabinet/shed. If it's going to be in the elements I would seal it every 2-3 years. FYI, our roof is green, not black. The wooden latch or the doors are not going to keep thieves out. Bugs and lizards can crawl in from the slats through the front doors. And yes, I would have liked it to be priced less. But looking at the same wood Cabinet, only smaller online at the Big Box stores, they are priced higher. Overall we like it.

Soft wood but overall good value
I just put it together. It took me a few hours. There are a lot of parts, but overall, the instructions were fairly easy to follow. The screws are clearly labeled. The wood pieces are also labeled, but the stain makes them hard to see. They have numbers stamped on them. I got the darkest stain. This is very soft wood, so a lot of the pieces have a predrilled hole and then you attach it to the frame with wood screws. When I was putting the first side piece up, I had it standing and it fell over and two of the cross pieces (pre-attached with staples) popped off. The staples were very short. I had to re-attach them with wood glue. One of the cross pieces was split. It would've worked, but I glued it back together as well.Once you get the shelves in and the top, it's sturdier, but the wood is very thin and very soft. The stain is not very deep into the wood. It scratches easily, but it's easy to cover up with a stain marker. I'm not sure how it will last. Honestly, I probably should've just built something from scratch, but it wouldn't have been as pretty as this.Overall, I'm happy with it. Buying a sturdier version would've meant visiting a cabinet maker which would've been twice as expensive. It's furniture bought over the internet. I feel like I was paying more for the design than the materials. I had to unscrew and rescrew a few pieces to once I realized it was uneven or not quite straight. I started with a manual screwdriver and switched to a drill with a screw bit. I put it on the lowest clutch setting. It would be super easy to over drill. The deliver on this was crazy fast which I didn't expect. I don't have Prime and I always choose free shipping.I'll see how long it lasts. It's out of the sun and rain, but it's very thin and soft.

Good, basic product ......need 2 people and power tools to assemble
Tools used:Impact driver, multiple driver bits, orbital sander, 2 bar clamps and misc other small hand tools.Once we got into a rhythm and started see how it all came together it only took about 2 hours to get it together. 1 point where 2 door panels join to make 1 had to be sanded to make it fit. The bar clamps are a must when attaching side walls to the back panel. However, it looks good and works as advertised. As happy as one could be for a DIY assembly.
