I was told that this is quite good for the immune system and lungs. What they don’t tell you is about one ingredient: Cane Spirits. When I looked it up it is alcohol derived from sugar cane. It is a HUGE ingredient! Like taking a shot! One teaspoon and it is warm going down your throat! This may not be a problem for people not in recovery but as a sober individual in AA imagine my shock when at least half of the stuff is alcohol! They should’ve at least let buyer aware that one of the main ingredients is cane alcohol.

This elderberry syrup blend is a powerhouse! I've been using it consistently for the past year and it has helped to keep my lungs clear and asthma-free. Seriously. I love that it's low sugar and tastes great!
