Razer quality kit - Easy to set up physically - Had issues with software
Firstly when it comes to the quality/look of the kit, Razer is another company like Apple. You won't be disappointed with the looks or build quality. Comes with all the cables you need, and has simple instructions on how to set up the cables which were easy.Where i found issue was setting it up with my software. This will be quite specific to my set up, if what you are setting up is different then you may find it easier/better:So the set up i was going for was to capture the screen and audio from my Nintendo switch into my PC, and then use streamlabs OBS to stream to twitch.(For reference, i have been using Streamlabs OBS for years to stream to twitch and already had this set up perfectly)So i plugged it all in Switch > Capture card, Capture card > Monitor and Capture card > PC.In streamlabs i added the video capture source 'Razer ripsaw HD' and instantly i could see the game capture was being captured, great! No issues there.Where i ran into complications was the audio. What i wanted was to be able to wear my razer USB headset which is connected to my PC and be able to hear the game audio with no delay and the music from my PC. Now after changing some settings on my PC (long story short to get that to work i had to make it so my default device was my speakers, turn my speakers to zero so nothing actually came out of them, make it so my PC ALSO plays the audio out of my headphones, then had streamlabs only stream the audio from the speakers) i had 1 key issues which i have fixed, but i don't know where the problem came from. And that was the game audio being captured was incredibly quiet, and had a horrible hissing 'air' fuzz sound quiet clear in the background. The only way i was able to fix this was to add some filters to the input via streamlabs OBS to add a noise suppressor for the 'Fuzz' and +20db gain to bring the sound up to what would seem normal. So in summary:- Easy to set up physically (the cables and such)- Can be tricky to set up software wise using streamlabs to get the ideal results- Once set up however, works great, looks great, sounds great.Very happy customer :)(If you've read this far and really need help, feel free to jump in my stream twitch.tv/Fowl_play_gaming and i'm happy to show how i set it up on stream!)

Garbage.
"Garbage" might be a bit unfair - the unit itself is a small plain black box and will look great on my desk as a nifty drinks coaster. As far as capturing anything goes, this is just awful. My unit - hooked up to an Xbox and laptop, managed a very jerky 10 minutes before crashing. That was a while back but I've had another go this evening and once I'd got the "USB device did not start" sorted (which seems to be a characteristic of Razer drivers/software), the Razer synapse software still would not detect the device. My PC was aware of it though - the Ripsaw audio/microphone sources were an option in audio settings whilst the device was connected... Needless to say, the passthrough to my TV or monitor does not work, nor could I get any image in StreamLabs or OBS. I don't think I can be bothered with it anymore but thought I'd add this negative to review to the many others for this device on Amazon, along with advice to buy anything but this.
