I have ordered this particular brand many times from various vendors. This was recommended to me by an eye doctor to aid in dry eye prevention. Also, when blood tests are taken my good cholesterol is always excellent. :) I usually plan to take with food to prevent the fish taste that can occasionally come up your throat.

Eye doctor recommended. He said it was good for my eyes and would not upset my stomach. He was right.

These are recommended by my eye doctor for dry eye. Definitely feel like they are helping with the inflammation. I have tried other fish oil supplements, but keep coming back to this one. On the whole they are good. Lemon flavor masks the fishy odor/taste. For the record, I hate all seafood, so it’s- hold your nose and swallow procedure. Might go as high as a five as some batched have no fishy smell at all. Sadly, the lost recent batch was very fishy. The packaging also looked a bit faded. Not sure if it was a batch issue of storage issue.still have them on autoship and would say the general consistency in the past 2 years has been >85% good (non- or very minimally fishy).

These vitamins were suggested by my husband's eye doctor to help keep his eyes healthy and to aid in dryness of the eyes. My husband has been using them for years and he hasn't had any more problems with dry eyes. There's no weird aftertaste which is always a plus. These are soft-gels and are quite large which could make them hard to swallow for some people. All in all it's a good product and my hubby will continue to use them.

My eye doctor recommended medical grade fish oil capsules for my dry eye problems. Among the different options she listed, the Fortifye brand is the most economical. The other options also required 3 capsules per day, while these give the same amount of fish oil in only 2 capsules. I can swallow these ok, although I would prefer smaller capsules. Overall, this seems to be the best brand for me, and they do help my dry eye symptoms.

I have been using this product for years after my opthamologist recommended it. My lipid levels have been helped also. I highly recommend this product.
