I’ve read reviews upon reviews done tons of research and this was my option! Best one too I believe. Easy to use. Not load and knocks even on towel loads and such. Cleaned my queen comforter amazingly. Yessss finally a product I believe will last a very long time. It’s been 2 months and I love it!

It fills up with water!! Cleans fast- the opposite of what the gov't regulated high efficiency washers are & claim to be but they dont clean well & give you a cup of water to do a load and take an hr or 1.5 hrs to wash a load- this one does it in 15-20 mns!!

I bought one brand new, and thought this thing was good - quick although noisy, washes fair but not great, but was okay with it. Until it broke at the 3 month mark. Now they don't even know when they'll be able to fix it. Their warranty repair people are nowhere to be found. There was only one in our part of the state, which is less than 40 miles from one of the biggest USA cities. The rest that are "contracted " with SQ wouldn't touch the thing. Then after we cleaned up the flood and resulting mess, the repair people pull out a cheap plastic part and say that "towel fuzz" broke the drain pump. what the...Never had that happen in all my years, with any machine or anything I've ever washed. So now they say it'll be months before they can even get the cheap part to fix it. No recompense or help for how to do laundry in the meantime. I know the US has supply chain issues but a brand new $1500 machine that costs 3x its competitors, breaking on a cheap plastic part from a cheap design flaw, at 4 months of barely used, is NOT acceptable. I will never buy from this brand again. Purchased through a large online build website, and not AZ, so can't speak to AZ. I have read that SQ prior to 2018 are still good, but this one from 2021 is a sucky lemon!

I really happy with this machine. Seems really well made. Purchased because of its reputation, my regular appliance repairman highly recommended. I choose this one in particular because it did NOT have a locking lid and not a million options that I never use, just a simple machine without alot of bells & whistles that malfunction and cost so much to have repaired. So hope this lasts a very long time.

The speed queen washing machine cleans my clothes much better than my previous washers. However, this washer is very noisy.The delivery was a mess. Tracking told me that the washer was not out for delivery yet. A friend passed by my house and saw the delivery truck, they called me so I could come home and take delivery. The following day I get a phone call that they were trying to deliver the washer. There was definitely a disconnect on their delivery process. The delivery guys were great in all this.

I couldn’t be happier with any other that this one! It is awesome!
