Value for Money
I bought this printer for the purpose of Ecommerce shipping labels. Very easy to install. Liked the print quality. Got 1 wax ribbon and 1 4x6 label roll Free. Looks like the label roll got is Direct thermal label. But print quality looks good.

Big time disappointment
wasted 11500 on this product which is not compatible to Macbook Air. Amazon refused to return the product. Its just lying at my office like a piece of junk. Really disappointed with Amazon’s service and also the information available at the site. TSC will never help you inspite of raising innumerable requests

Roll?
Roll ko poliyo mar diya hai kya agr dena nahi hota hai dikhate ho kyo ho itna Kam 5 layer hi hai isme kitna print hoga 10 labal bhi nahi niklega

Power cable missing
Received everything except the Power cable. I can't print anything without power cable. Tried to contact the seller through their own website, through call but their contact nos are not working.Kindly contact back
