Looks great on door
To be honest, when I open the box, I thought it was gonna look just kind of OK. But once it was installed, it looks great! I am really happy with it! I like that it’s a solid black. And the handles are substantial it doesn’t feel cheap at all, it’s an excellent set for the price also!

Inexpensive Update
An inexpensive way to update the hardware and make a statement at our front door. It’s good quality and easy to install.

Now the keys don’t lock or unlock the door.
Yes. It looks great and it is easy to install but this is the second time I have had to raise another issue with this company’s product. I’ve owned and used it for 17 months and the first time I had to have an internal lock mechanism replaced because it didn’t open the door, now my keys cannot lock and unlock the door. I am using the master key that came with the door lock, so I can’t blame a replicate key as the problem. This should not be an issue with a company that claims the front door can withstand over 250K openings. Even at such an affordable price, it is not worth it.
