Love it it’s exactly what I wanted because my old wax warmer broke after having it for years. Also a plus that it’s cute as hell and all the waxes it comes with worked fine for me and I have sensitive skin.

It took me multiple tries to get the hair on my upper lip off using the wax specifically meant for my face. Maybe I can use the body ones on my face because the wax is a little weak.I followed the instructions and even followed a YouTube video. The first two times I pulled and applied it wrong, but even after doing it correctly (pulling AGAINST the grain, applying AGAINST the grain), it took me quite a bit. I got all the hair off eventually, and I love this product because it’s so cute and it’s better than plucking hairs out with my tweezers.The pre wax spray smelled like roses, and the post wax spray was honestly so soothing. Just don’t get it in your mouth lol. I accidentally got some in while I was spraying my upper lip area.For the brows, it worked after 3 tries because not all of it came off. But keep in mind I also applied it wrong the first two times. When I did it right, I got it all off first try. Maybe my upper lip hairs are just harder to get off and that is okay.I’ll give this a generous 4/5, and I’m still holding out hope for the body waxes.

I’m not super experienced so I don’t really know what’s good and what’s not but I really like it and it’s easy to clean

The bear wax warmer is super cute, the silicone cup let's the wax easily peel off, and the outside of the bear doesn't get hot! All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, but think I might be allergic to the lavender scented wax. The smell makes my nose itchy, and my throat a bit scratchy. But, the wax works miracles on my hairy legs! I have not tried the other waxes yet, but at least the lavender wax does not irritate my skin, just my nose and throat lol.

Está bien la función de calentamiento sólo que tienes que fijarte cuál será escoges porque no todas sirven para arrancar el pelo a mí lo que me sirvió es hacer color azul que es para la área del bikini pero la que era para el rostro no funcionó todo lo demás excelente

Love how cute the teddy bear shape is of the wax melter. Takes awhile to melt but works well.
