First item bought as renewed by amazon and it really was as it were new, not a scratch on it and everything works excelent, actually the watch has so mamy features, it really is a great overal watch. My only "complaint", (and I already new about it) is that the watch would have been perfect if the battery life was longer. You have to charge it every day, if you are cool with it buy! It came with the charger too. I recommend it if you dont mind the battery life of a day or a day a a half at most.

So, for a Samsung product, this watch being at least 2 years older at my time of purchase, it really has a ton of upgrades/updates that don't apply all at once. Removing it from the packaging and putting it in the charger (turned off) takes about 2.5 hours for a full charge. This is very important, as what's next is going to be aggravating and frustrating... It does sequential updates; not an all-in-one catch up (which for me were at least 6, and no end in sight...) Each update takes at least 30 minutes and eats up 15-30% of your battery while applying. Coincidentally, it won't apply any updates if your battery is 30% or less left. I have had this watch about 12 hours now, and it's been one update after another - leaving it on the charger too - and I anticipate there will be at least 2 or 3 more to go. (judging from the release dates of the updates). I'll have to see how it goes after it is done to make a final review / decision as to whether or not it's worth it.BUYER BEWARE!! You will NOT be able to use this watch out of the box or even close to that.

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic with LTE, and like it so much I wanted a second watch to track things when the Classic was charging.While searching for inexpensive alternatives, such as an older model Galaxy Watch or a different brand, I found this renewed one for less than a third of what my Classic cost.I really like that I now have seamleas tracking of sleep, activity, water intake, O2 sat, and heartrate, and that I can get messages and alerts whenever.I have activated mobile service on the Classic, bit not on this one - but I noticed that I can make emergency calls on this one, which has an LTE radio, even without that.And i love that I can make calls and send text messages via voice as long as my phone is within Bluetooth range.This is a great watch - and the Amazon renewed option makes it a fantastic value.Note if you want the retail packaging, this watch does not come with it. But it did have a one pager quick start. It just had the watch, a charge cable, and a USB wall adapter.I do recommend getting the glass screen protectors as well as a separate bumper. I got a package of 4 glass screen protectors for about $10, and a bumper for about $7. Great investments.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. I've had my Galaxy watch 4 for three years and it's absolutely amazing, however this one is absolutely terrible. Straight out of the refurbished packaging it was clearly dirty on the buttons and the beveled edge, like caked on.I charged it to 100% and when it turned on it was already down to 92%. After connecting to the phone and finished the set up it went down to 75%. He tried to customize the watch the faces and it overheated 3 times! My husband didn't use it because at this point we already knew it was garbage, and it eventually died not even 10 hours after turning it on. My galaxy watch 4 still lasts 2 days on a single charge.Very disappointed in the quality of this refurbished watch.

I've had this watch for close to a year now and it works great. Synchs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy and does everything you would want it to. I bought it used and it's great quality. My only gripe would be the wristband, it works well but all the paint rubbed off of the metal pieces. Also, you'll have to charge it every 24 hours which is a bit of a pain.
