I had questions about the instulation and they were quick to respond. Also, I had a bad solar controller and they were quick to get me a replacement. The gate opener is working perfectly, I included the TRF3 Safety Reflection Photocell Retro-Reflective Infrared Photo Eye and it allowed me to have the electric eye to prevent the gate from closing when blocked without having to run wires over to the opposite side of the driveway. Great products and great customer service.

I have purchased 2 topens gate openers, they are user friendly and provide excellent installation instructions. I had an issue with the rk500 model with the main bearing but once I contacted topens with the issue they sent me a completely new motor.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the motor, solar panel and track package. I read reviews and also ordered the wheels and gate slide track, gate roller glides, batteries and a battery box. After some finagling, it’s working great. I saved a lot of money compared to having a gate company install one themselves. Happy lady! Thank you!

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent Solar System!…it was installed without complications. The solar panels charge the two 12 v (12 a) batteries very well (not included). The gate is long and heavy, and the motor moves it without any difficulty.

No problem with the hardware and easy to access the online technical support. Seems safe to use and not overly difficult installation. Charges up fairly efficiently. Heavy duty unit that should hold up a long time under normal conditions. Tough motor. It’s not overly noisy and can handle a decent sized gate. No hiccups or bogging down. Love that it automatically stops if something gets in its way.

Tech support is the best! I had an issue with my my set up and tech support is always there to answer my questions! Bought warranty so my gate is set!

This was a from scratch installation and it went great. The hardest part was the roller bar (which is has nothing to do with this opener itself) but once I mounted it to a buried 6"X6" things went smoothly. The motor has plenty of torque and never sounds like it is working too hard. I expect this to out last the Ram type of openers I am replacing. 5 STARS
