You can make it work, but I'm not sure it's worth it
I'm pretty sure whoever designed this, doesn't actually use it... Otherwise it would not be such an inconvenient build.Good idea. Poor execution. You can make it work if you really need to... I'm not sure it's worth it though.I'm updating my review after the company reached out to help me with my issue. They have another product that is very similar that addresses this and offered a refund and a discount on the newer product. I declined the discount. But I always appreciate the extra effort from a company to reach out to make the product work with the customer. Updated to 4 stars. Could be better, good customer support earned them another 2 stars.

Perfect Pi rack. Needs minor improvements
Perfect Pi rack BUT needs minor improvements.1: The threaded "holes" in the panels are "over tapped" causing the screws to not tighten. Screws are loose in the holes. Obvious lack of manufacturing quality control. The metal is so thin, a PEM nut or similar would be a great improvement.2: Make note that the "silver" screws are for the SSD. Like others have mentioned, it would be nice if the screws were packaged separately by size/color.Other than the issues mentioned above, it is a great product. Really cleans up my desk. If you use PoE hats, and a PoE switch, only one external ethernet cable and one power cord (for the PoE switch) is all that is needed.

Overpriced for what it is
As others have mentioned, it comes completely unassembled, be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes just screwing the case panels together. The metal seems flimsy on its own, but the assembly feels sturdy when all put together. There were a couple of extra screws of each size when I was done, so that'll be good when they are invariably dropped and can't be found.I received 1 pi bracket which is slightly larger than the rest and won't line up with the thumbscrew holes. The offset is minimal, so I'll just take a rattail file to it and take off a bit of material to make it work. The fans are abysmal. They are quiet in the same way that listening to cars going down a dragstrip is quieter (in a relative sense) than standing next to the launchpad of a SpaceX rocket launch. They are noticeably, and distractingly, loud. The fans _only_ work on the 5V pins of the pi, I didn't have any luck getting them to work on a 3.3V gpio port to be able to flip them on and off as necessary, and hopefully run them at a slower speed to reduce some noise. This would be a much better value if the microSD card adapters were included, the fans were significantly better, and it used captive thumbscrews on the brackets. Otherwise, this thing should reasonably be $15-$20 less expensive.

Overpriced, impossible to adjust cables once installed
Can't unplug or plug back in power or micro HDMI cables without practically disassembling the thing. Can't power off an RPi 5 without unscrewing it, pulling it partway out (because cables), and feeling for the tiiiiiny button in the back. Ugh.

Case works well and holds the pi's as intended.
This case looks great when fully assembled and hold the pi's pretty well. There are two drawbacks if you're using the disk bays and pi hats, it's a little complicated to get them in. Also, the mounting hardware included doesn't accommodate the pi hat's very well. The last complaint is the fans it's impossible to install the fan header in the USB-C slot on one of the pi's once the case is fully assembled, and then removing the Pi that has the adapter plugged in is a nightmare. To adjust for this, I ordered new USB fan's that I'll just run the cabling through and behind and plug them in the front of the Pi's. This will make it very easy to unplug the fans and remove the Pi's in seconds. Ultimately I would buy again but would plan a little more on ensuring I ordered new USB fan's to replace the included ones and would buy some better stand-off hardware, still looking into replacement's for this.

Awesome Case
I love this Case. So far I bought 4 of these for my Cluster Projects all Pi4's running PoE. Wish they included the SD Card Extender & the adapter for powering the fans. My Netgear PoE switch & power supply fit keeping install neat. I'll be buying another one soon.

Good cas
Nice looking case, fits my Pi5 really well, but it is a bit of a pain getting it in with the POE HAT. fans that are included are extremely loud, I would suggest upgrading to a set of 80mm Noctua fans and hopefully add some type of fan speed controller. Also note that assembly is required and instructions are not all that good. I do however appreciate that they add more screws than what is needed.

Works
The case is machine manufactured, so there was a few issues with holes lining up, and one issue in particular of the hole being stripped and the screw spinning in place. Overall though it works for exactly what I wanted it for. It provided reliable housing for my raspi project that isn't working for reasons that have nothing to do with this case.
