It made the "run to the bathroom problem"at night go from every 2 to 3 hrs , to 8 to 10 MINUTES!Another problem was the poor anti-open wrap around the lid : The cap easily unscrewedwithout removing the clear plastic exposing the cotton AND pills.To further compound the problems, it's "Non-Returnable;" as stated on Amazons ReturnPage.

good price, but a number of capsules were busted open & the high cranberry content actually makes you urine more acidic over time, which defeats long term use.

I have tried so many other products with no luck. This one finally worked. I think the cranberry in the formulation had a big effect.

I thought these would help alleviate night time frequent urination. Nope, worse. I did better without them.
