We had purchased this for camping so we could charge our phones for if anyone needed to reach us. It also came in very handy when we lost power due to bad storms. We were able to keep our phones charged up. This is cute and compact and does a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend the purchase.

I rarely write reviews but this one I am glad to write. I had purchased the unit to have an additional power bank to charge pads, phones, and run a Raspi. The fact it came with a Solar panel, camping lights, and had a built in bluetooth speaker/radio/mp3 player were pluses as far as I was concerned.I Initially had used the unit almost a month when one morning I turned it on and smoke poured from the radio section and the whole unit went dead. I thought, great, out my money and from other reviews I had read I expected the worse. Boy was I surprised. They were responsive and apologetic about what had happened and immediately said they would remedy the situation. The sent me out a new unit which arrived within 3 days of my first contact with them. Needless to say I am happy with the outcome and will have no problem recommending them to family and friends in the future.

I was nervous because previous reviews mentioned it being hard to use. I could see that. It did take a little bit of fiddling with the radio buttons to figure that out. To get to a radio station you basically have to let it preload the stations sort of like when you had to add channels to the TV when we had cable. Then you will be able to sort through them. You have to hold down one of the buttons to get the volume to work. But that is just in regards to the radio. The battery works great we had the radio on all day outside in it didn't go down at all. It came fully charged. Haven't had to use the solar just yet but hopefully that works fine. And the lights are surprisingly bright. Again, you're not going to be able to charge your laptop or plug in a lamp but you are going to be able to charge your phone or anything with a USB and have three lights in case of emergency. I like it and recommended it to my mom as well

Overall I like this and wish it was better constructed. I like the fact that the rechargeable batteries are replaceable. I've used this a couple times during blackouts at my house and the lights have come in very handy. I've strung them over the dining room chandelier and they provided decent light for mealtime. I keep it charged using solar and will use it to recharge other items like flashlights from the free solar charging.Unfortunately, the jack that the solar cable plugs into broke. The metal inside that makes contact with the post of the charging cable broke and would not make contact with the cable post. I've been unable to find a replacement online that I can replace it with, so I had to steal one of the other ports used for the 3v output.Also the connection to the solar panel detached from the back of the panel. I was able to just hot glue it back on, but it shouldn't have let go.Overall, nothing that I can't overcome, but really disappointed in the quality.
