So, seems to be working wonderfully. I was lax and my septic system was neglected for years and years with no penalty. A few months ago, the chickens came home to roost, a backup in the downstairs toilet, after a shower upstairs.After finding the long forgotten cap to the septic in the front yard, it was revealed to be full of solids. The septic tech kept taliing about system failure. I said, pump it for today, get me working, and Id deal with the percussions as it filled again.I was watching slow toilet flushes, not very effective, sometimes two flushes were needed.In my mind, I feared the septic had failed. Reading that failure has a few symptoms. You could have tree roots thatbreal your system, or more likely the drain field conduits are clogged with grease and matter.I was concerned, I started a RidX discipline every few weeks… a little better. So I wondered if there was a cleaning service, and found this productAs directed, results almost immediately, strong quick flushes… meaning the water has somewhere to go easily. With each 3 day dose, better and better. Almost done with the container, but ao obviously fixed. As spring comes, Ill have them inspect again, but I think Ive done it.This price is a good first attempt versus a septic tank repair or replace.Thanks.

First, thank you for changing to more earth friendly packaging! I had a very basic, ancient septic system with no problems, no back ups, smells, etc. However, while mowing last year I discovered the drain field very unhappy. No grass growing and muddy. I figured it was time to get a new system. I came across this product and thought what the heck. It saved me thousands by avoiding a new system! Grass is back, soft area gone. Gets a little wet when it pours and I have forgotten to treat it, but a couple treatments and it's back to happiness. Great product! Definitely recommend

Shower used to have 2" of soapy water for 10 minutes after showering. Now absent after flushing these into septic tank.

True story my drain field was clogged up pretty bad . I tried everything out there and nothing happened. Waste of money, tell I bought this product. So far its working and it just might save me $25k for new drain field. Update - Doesn't work doesn't work at all. It's just more chemical down in my tanks now . It did nothing . That's how you get away with a 30 day mony back. They use up 2 weeks of installation then you see what you want to see for a week and half tell you flush the toilet and go out side and smell it not working . I see you raised the price too. 100% rip off

I forget each month to add septic packets I have ordered in the past thinking this would save me from having to have our septic pumped. We have 4 people in our home, used to be 6. With girls showers and laundry are always going it seams. I keep forgetting to drop packets in or check septic on heavy weekends. Well 3 times we have had to help clear pipes that back up in our tubs. Showers and and toilets that have started to burp gas. We are strapped for cash flow at this time too much to have to call to have septic pumped. Deliriously I start typing for economical quick solutions and horrible reviews one after the other. I feel my stress level start to climb. My husband is telling me to stop trying and we are going to have to call to have our septic tank pumped. I ignored him because I was bound to be tenacious enough to fix this. Low.and behold I find Drm proper tablets. I read all the reviews I can. Some were no favorable but a lot gave me hope. 2 days later I get them. I read that someone poured the whole bucket to the septic tank straight in. It's a steep price to do that but so is pumping. So we did it. Immediately ypu could tell that it's different than the monthly packets I've been using or was suppose to. It started bubbling and fizzing like crazy. I kid u not contents were up to the top solid. In 8 hrs I rechecked and put the stick in to see about the solids break downand about lost the 5 ft stick. It was all liquids. Further than I could reach. It's working. So it went from 5 ft of solid septic sewage to 5 ft plus of liquefied substance in 8 hrs. Still hasn't gone down more than 2 ft, but i know it is working towards the drainage field sludge. I am ordering 2 more buckets as I write this. I will update more as t7me goes on in a 2 weeks. But to anyone reading my review, be patient and go buy this product and again just be patient let it work. But order at least 2 to 3 buckets if it'sup to the top. (Also I ran the dishwasher afterwards and no back ups and no gurgling or burping toilets).

I bought this product hoping it would solve my drain field issue. I guess mine was a little more an issue than this could solve but I figured it was worth the try. When it didn’t solve my problem they refunded me with no issue. I was seriously hoping it would solve my problem. The customer service was incredible. I would highly recommend if you feel this product will help. I would give customer service a 10 out of 10. It’s hard to find companies that stand behind guarantees. This company knows how to do it.

I am not sure if this works or not. We are having gurgling in my pipes so started to use this and it sounded like it was getting better but then it got worse again. Now the reason I say I am not sure is because we have had alot of wet weather the winter so its hard to say. Once the ground drys out some we will order more and try again

Works great and very easy to use , just drop it the bowl and let it dissolve and then flush that's it simple.
