Works well!
Very long poles are awkward to use plain and simply. If you're looking for a perfect long pole, you need gumby arms to stretch with the pole...LOL!This pole is sturdy as long as you follow DIRECTIONS! We use this pole to clean off the roof and wash windows. It is adjustable and you can order different attachments to fit.

Allowed me to reach 20 ft ceilings with room to spare. Easily adjusts length from 6-24ft
I recently tried the smaller 6 foot doca pole for small jobs/low-level window cleaning, and was impressed enough that I wanted to try the larger poles to reach my 20 ft ceilings. As you can see, the pole is thick enough that each of 4 adjustable segments fits inside the next segment, so you can go as short as 6 feet tall, or has high as 24 feet. It was easy to unpack, slide on the duster attachment (or included squeegee), and move a lever to slide out each segment until the desired height is reached. I have already cleaned cobwebs in areas I thought I would need scaffolding for. We're very pleased. My only complaint is that I wish I had ordered this unit before ordering the shorter pole, because the larger pole does everything the shorter pole does and makes it redundant.

Swivel broke on the first try
Finally got the chance to use this on my windows and on the first try, the swivel broke. Managed to duct tape the swivel to finish the job but it was still difficult with the squeegee constantly flopping around. Not too impressed with the quality of plastic used on the swivel.

This is a WINDOW Squeegee NOT a Floor Squeegee
I got this to squeegee my garage floor. The main difference between window squeegees and floor squeegees is that floor squeegees have a denser, less flexible rubber. This is because they're usually used on concrete and will wear out quickly if the rubber is soft. This DocaPole squeegee has a much softer rubber and has a forked tip better suited for glass than much rougher concrete. It is not made for floors. Plus it comes with a 24 foot long pole. Who uses a pole like that for squeegeeing the water off a garage floor? However, it would come in handy for high windows. I'm guessing that the market for floor squeegees (everyone cleans their garage floors) is better than the more specialized market for window squeegees. For a window squeegee it's not bad. It is made fairly well and seems like the handle extends easily and stays locked in where you put it. The set also includes a duster-like brush for cobwebs. This would work well attached to a 24 foot pole for cleaning eves and overhangs.
