I play my keyboard through it and overall, I'm impressed with the quality, sound, price, and it's being portable and lightweight. Good amplifier.

From the first note I played I knew I had an issue. The amp was extremely distorted, and it was obvious something either slipped through quality control or it was damaged in shipping. I never got it to play a clean note. Swapped it for a competitor amp, and that one sounds great.Update ---------The folks at Vangoa saw my original review and were not satisfied with how they did, so they sent me a free amp to try. I have to say I am impressed with the new one, and even more impressed with their service!First, the amp. Ok, I certainly had a bad model, most likely damaged in shipping. The new one sounds great. You have to remember this is a 15 watt amp, so it isn't going to shake a building. But for practicing or plunking along with an acoustic guitar this thing is perfect. Smooth sound, good controls, very compact and lightweight to take wherever you go.Second, their service. I never asked for anything. Never even reached out to them. They reach out to me to ask if it would be ok if they sent another amp for me to try. They were confident that I must have received a damaged unit, and really wanted me to have a better experience than that. Old school customer service! I love it! This is not a quality product; the sound from this amp is quite thin and not up to anything worthwhile spending the money for. In addition, the first one I ordered quit in about 5 minutes, and I am sending it back. The replacement seems to be ok so far, but the sound it just too thin for a bass amp. The only good thing I can say is that the return was approved quickly, and the replacement arrived quickly as well.

I bought this for bass/guitar practice in our living room, needing something that could be tucked away on the bottom level of a room-dividing shelf unit. The sound quality is quite good for such a small bass amp, and it does fine for use with guitar with the usual caveats about equalization.(For those unaware, you can use a bass amp for guitar but not a guitar amp with a bass, as bass amps are made with heavier-duty speaker cones. That heavier-duty cone causes some differences in the sound, i.e. a regular guitar might sound a bit muddy without some levels adjustments. In addition bass amps are typically not loaded with as many built-in effects as guitar amps.)It's also fairly well built, especially for the price point. The power cable is a weak spot, a bit thin and also not interchangeable, but overall the build I'd qualify as very nice. The entire package is quite cute and decently put together.

I wanted to like it so much as it is attractive. If it had bluetooth I would have kept it. The output was very boxy and didn't work for me even as a practice amp for my bass. Love the handles and the case itself. Fender Rumble better for the money.

Cambio mi reseña, porque la atención y excelente servicio al cliente me generó la confianza para realizar nuevamente mi compra. No pudieron enviarme un nuevo parlante, pero la chica que me atendió Quimby reviso mi solicitud y después de las pruebas que les envío me realizaron reembolso del dinero y pidieron excusas por lo sucedido. Por lo cual una vez me llegue el reembolso volveré a realizar la compra. Muchas veces no es lo que compramos si no la atención que nos brindan y en realidad fue un excelente servicio y todo el tiempo se mostraron preocupados por mi problema.

This is a small amp. Great for practice in a small area. Stage ready - it is not (except maybe a very small venue). Fairly clean sound, it you don't overdrive it. It does run on 115v house current, but 15w should be able to be run on 12v battery with a small inverter for a reasonable time should you want to serenade the woodland critters.

So far, it works fine. Has a good sound quality to it.
