Decent switches, inaccurate color
The photo makes thre green button like more like seafoam green, but the actual switch is a traditional green color. I had issues with a few of the plunger switches that were a bit loose in their holder. Thankfully I did not need every switch so I was able to find the right combinations that worked. The switches also have a springy sound, so if that's something that bothers you, look for a higher-end switch. Overall, they work fine for my cabinet.

Perfect with possible improvements
They work and they work well. Sure they don't appear be the highest quality, but I think they will hold up just fine long term. My daughter loves purple and this was perfect for the project I built her. Two things. I wish that the switches on the end were small enough to fit through the holes with the button. The switches unclip, so they can be clipped into place after drilling and placing the button, but not ideal. I also wish the rings you turn to tighten them down were larger so that there was more surface area to keep the button tight and so it could be tightened down more securely. To be clear. They work just fine. These are minor things considering the price.

The work like they should
Buttons work like they should. Only issue some of the holes on the micro switches were not properly drilled so I had to take a exacto knife and make the holes larger to fit the pegs on the buttons. Also I feel the micro switches take to much pressure to activate they should use micro switches with a lighter touch to activate.

Economical and well made
These buttons are nothing fancy - they don't light up or anything - but they do the job and have a perfect retro arcade look. Visually they look great and they seem durable. The mounting tabs for the microswitch have little nubs that perfectly snap into holes in the body of the microswitch. The long shafts on these buttons make them look as though they can be used in a thick control panel, such as you might build with 3/4" particle board or melamine in the style of an old arcade machine. Take note though, you will not be able to simply shove the buttons through a 1" hole in your material. For one thing the button shafts stick out slightly beyond the 1" diameter of the threaded shaft. So you can't just push them straight through. You have to kind of scoop the mounting tabs through the hole and then shove the rest in. But this doesn't work if the panel is 3/4" thick. There just isn't enough room.Perhaps a 1-1/8" hole would work, I don't know. Since I didn't have one I used my router to create a recess in the underside of my cover panel, so it's only 1/4" thick where the buttons are. This worked but was kind of a pain. The ideal thing would probably be to have a 1/4" thick panel.

Almost Great
If you press these at a certain angle they will not click, other than that they worked well for my project!

Love 'em but they're (too) big
LOVEDeep plunge and true 80s arcade feel.DON'T LOVEButton height (below the panel top) is so large, 3 out of 6 buttons don't fit. Be sure to buy an arcade case with an interior height no less than 2.5" (64mm) at its shortest end.

Microswitch not actually pressed consistently when pressing button.
You can clearly see that the yellow button doesn’t depress as far as the purple buttons I have previously bought. This means that the yellow button only just hits the microswitch. If you press the button off centre it doesn’t hit the microswitch at all. This issue is exacerbated by the use of cheap materials. The plastic of the button is soft and bendy. This means that the internal supports that hold the button centre within the outer button casing bends if pressed off centre. This allows the button to rock and twist rather then depress uniformly. Clearly poor design and cheap materials. I had to ask for a refund as all six were the same.

Come tornare ragazzini
Soddifatto, ottimi!
