The only place we could put a lock on our GE Profile French doors was below the handles or above the handles. We chose above to keep it out of reach of our toddler. I'm positive he would have figured it out quickly if we'd put it below the handles. I was worried that they'd break easily because this is a 2-pack, but that's not the case. We've been using it for over a year with no problems. The adhesive and the plastic are strong. I also like that the clear is very inconspicuous.

These are surprisingly strong! I watched my little girl absolutely rip and tear at the fridge door and they stayed on with no problem at all! The peel and stick, simple as that and then flip it with a clip style and opens right up! Worth the money, we’ve put it on cabinets also!

This has kept my toddler OUT of the fridge. It’s a great size and seems to be strong. We have it at the top of our fridge doors and it does not stand out much which is nice.

This was a good buy . My toddler would constantly open the fridge now he can't.

My 2 year old figured out how to open this in the first day of applying it and now enjoys standing with one freezer door held open while he spins the latch on the other door like a toy. Not effective as a child lock- thankfully having a freezer door open for several minutes here and there throughout the day isn’t a safety issue or a major concern.

I ordered these to prevent my 87/yr mother from accessing frig doors and drawers; she has Dementia. I was suprised how wtrong a product this is, and it works to keep her out while she is not supervised. I have since ordered another pkg to cover additional drawers and love how easy to install and operate; highly recommend.

Adhesive works well on very smooth surfaces, of the surface is textured the adhesion is not sufficient (waited 48 hours before use per the instructions claim of better strength after 24 hours). Our refrigerator has french doors on top and then drawers underneath which must be secured from the sides, the sides of the fridge are lightly textured and painted., but the adhesive just releases with the most negligible amount of pressure (ie... a small child trying to open the drawer). The description NEEDS to be updated to reflect this. The adhesive does hold very well on the very smooth stainless surfaces. I like the latches and locking bit, but need to find a better adhesive/method to attach and hopefully not ruin a $3K fridge. The adhesive *looks* like 3M VHB double sided tape, but sure does not stick like it.

Didn't work for my RV fridge because the doors are too separate, but I will be using it somewhere else because it looks good, practical, and solid.
