My husband and I really had high hopes for these but really did notice any result even after several nights. We were very disappointed in product after research and reviews.

The sheet does not fit a king bed, it might fit a twin. It definitely is not large enough for two people.

After sleeping on it the first night, I did awaken feeling refreshed! I’m still sleeping on it and when I sit to watch tv I put one of the pillow cases under my legs and feet. My situation with fatigue is better and my sleep is more consistent - easy to fall asleep and not waking up during the night. With these results, I wanted my husband to try it too, so I ordered a second set. Tonight will be his first night. I hope it works for him!I have to say I was a bit disappointed that the listing for this said “plush woven cotton” which made me think it would be soft. I like soft and luxurious, but these are stiff. The listing also calls it a “full earthing sheet set” and that makes me think it is like standard sheet sets with a fitted sheet+flat sheet+pillow cases. It isn’t. It’s a strip of cloth not even the size of my king bed. When I knew it was just the flat sheet, I planned to sleep under it, having it be the top sheet next to my body and under my bedspread. But because it doesn’t cover the full width of my bed, I put it over the fitted sheet down the center of my mattress and lay on it instead of covering up with it.The first one I received did not have use or care instructions, so I questioned the seller that evening about washing it. I received a prompt reply the very next morning. It was nice that the second one I bought (for my husband) did have an instruction sheet included, because that elaborates a little more than the info I had received in the seller’s response, although I’m still unsure if there is one particular side that needs to be against the body. ??This one (MAKKXOM Grounding Sheet Set - Earthing Mat for Bed - Cotton Silver Fiber - w 2 King Size Pillow Cases) was reasonably priced compared to others, and it helped me feel better as soon as I tried it, so I’m pleased to have it despite the inconveniences listed above.

I was told to use 100% cotton sheets and this will work better. I feel better already
