They do work!
The color ordered was a perfect match to another shade I had. I was surprised you have to snap them together. Super simple. However the top parts that come with the kit to fit certain lamps do look a little funny if you can see the top of the lamps. They are just the silver disks. Maybe if they were painted black or brown it wouldn't be so noticeable to me. Overall good lamp shades.

The are plain but have a very elegant style.Some assembly is required. The hardware provided gives you two options to attach the shade to the lamp.Option 1 attach to top bracket over the light bulbOption 2 attach fixture to the light shaft belowPerfect in any room it gives a soft subtle glow. If it was gold lined it would be too dark.
