Both of these are defective and don’t work …. Are they old.? Who knows …
Both of these do not workI have an old black liner Yes same manufacture which I purchased in a store and it works lovely but for some reason these both are totally defective

Love it but I only received one.
I really love this eyeliner. Smooth, fine tip, good color. I like the price but I only received one of the two pack.

The black eyeliner I received is dried out or old.
The brown eyeliner works great, the black DOES NOT work. It’s either old, dried out or both. I’ve been using this eyeliner for years, so I know. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Sephora. Unfortunately I can not return because I tried to use it.

Missing Half of the Product
A set of two eyeliners were supposed to come in, but I only received one...

Wore off after an hour or two
The product is easy to apply with the felt tip and was easy to remove if one made a mistake. That however is the biggest complaint re: product is that it is not waterproof or smudge resistant. Wears off after an hour or so.
