Bad build quality, delayed delivery
Poor quality switch and over all build quality. They screwed up the delivery and delayed it and even when delivered, the quality is so bad for the price.

Product not as shown, and quality is not that great
I was shipped a different version of trigger stick than shown. The handle and placement of the topfire button are different than in the photos; the one I received has a centered topfire button whereas the product photos show a button angled to the rear. There is a lot of rotational slop in the handle and shaft - the shaft is keyed into a diecast pivot (which is nice), but the mechanical tolerances between the keyway in the pivot and the mating flange on the shaft allowed for about 10 degrees of very loose clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the handle. I shimmed the shaft-to-pivot clearance and that has reduced the rotation and looseness by about half, but not eliminated it as there is also a loose tolerance between the diecast pivot and the receiver it fits into on the outside diameter. The handle shell is very lightweight and cheap-feeling, and the switches for the triggers do not have very pleasant action - they can be improved by removing the spring from the switch for the topfire button and 'tuning' the tightness of the two screws holding the upper portion of the handle together. The stick is fairly softly sprung with a square restrictor, which in and of itself is not necessarily a bad thing. I do think that adding some mass inside the handle and fitting a stiffer spring to compensate for inertia will improve the overall feel and sense of solidity. There are not many choices for arcade-style topfire trigger sticks out there, and I think that this one can be made to do the job, but if you choose this one, plan on exercising your hardware and mechanical skills to get it the rest of the way there.

Buttons stopped working after a few dozen uses
the joystick and the direction function just great. But the buttons no longer have voltage passthrough and are useless now
