Great chair!
I was looking for a good chair that is not as expensive as my one at work. This chair is great! I like how it raises up enough so that my legs can be straight to the floor. It is comfy to sit on. I also love how the arms can be lifted up. This is great for people who may have a smaller room and need to push the chair up closer to a desk... LOVE IT!

Very nice...
This comes in about 6 to 8 main pieces and all the tools that you to get this set up. It wasn't overly difficult to get together. Follow the instructions and don't assume that you know what you are doing. I made this mistake having put these together in the past and it bit me later on. Follow the instructions. The box it arrives is pretty heavy. If you have an apartment or need to get this upstairs, you'll need a hand. It's bulky and just awkward to get it where it needs to go.Overall the chair is very nice. Very comfortable and supportive in all the right places. I never knew how much I needed a head rest until I had one on my chair. Everything is working well and as it should. This is something that is going to last you for quite some time. Not a flash in the pan item.

OK for light use, not for WFH / heavy use
I had this chair for about 8 months before I gave in and had to get something better. This chair was $150 when I got it, so if it's more than that now, I certainly would advise you get something else. If you still want this one, read on:On the pro side, this chair has a comfortable seat and the arm rests are awesome, I really like how they go up and down so you can get them out of your way if you need to. The chair is also lightweight and the mesh back makes it breathable, meaning you won't get too warm sitting in it for long periods. The chair was also very easy to assemble, so even if you've never put a chair together before you shouldn't have too much of an issue with it. In terms of durability, it seems to have held up pretty well overall; nothing is ripped or cracked and everything is still at the same angle it originally was.On the con side, this chair is EXTREMELY uncomfortable for long sessions due to the lack of support in the back. This chair is built on a kind of spring system where the back does not sit fixed in place. The idea is that it's supposed to conform to your body, moving back as you move back and providing passive resistance to support you. The reality is that it offers essentially no resistance at all, so when you lean back, the back just gives out and you end up leaning all the way back or holding yourself awkwardly halfway in between. In practice there are two modes to sitting in this chair: perched forward with literally zero back support, or leaning so far back that you are almost laying down. Additionally, because the back does not offer any real support, the headrest is effectively useless unless you are leaning so far back that you are almost laying down. The angle of the back means that only your lower back will be making contact with it, and then only if you sit yourself all the way back in the chair.Lastly, this chair had a CONSTANT squeaking coming from the tilt mechanism, regardless of taking it apart, oiling, and reassembling. It was pretty annoying, but I got used to it. Can't say all of these chairs will do this, but mine did.Overall, this chair would be OK if you use your computer for a couple hours at a time. But if you are someone who works from home or for other reasons uses your chair for many hours per day, save your spine and look elsewhere.

Absolutely Love this chair!!
This chair is very comfortable and had helped me with my back pain due to long hours working in front of a desk. I'm a 5'11", 296 lb man and this chair is ideal.

feels like it will break
The chair is a month old now, and it feels like it will break. the mesh backing feels worn out already, and the entire chair does not feel study. i like that the arms fold upwards, and that it allows me to lean back but it has been wearing out far too fast for the price. can't recommend.

Only been two months and already falling apart.
The seat height sinks after a couple hours, the headrest doesn't stay where you place it and will only function at the lowest setting. Armrests are basically solid plastic and horribly uncomfortable. Foam on the seat is a joke and immediately compresses so you're just sitting on the plastic frame (I weigh maybe 175 lbs.)I really wish I would have purchased a different chair because this one seemed to hold up JUST past the 30 days to return it and then started falling apart.
