No problems for me!
I haven’t tried the loop pile yet but the cut pile is awesome, I just started tufting when I purchased this gun and it has made the learning process very easy I haven’t had any problems so far…(Watch YouTube how to videos)

ONLY GOT TUFTING GUN
The media could not be loaded. The only thing that came was the tufting gun nothing else. No tufting fabric, scissors, spare parts, tools

Al poco uso comenzó a sonar y luego a detenerse el mecanismo. Es como que se quedaba trabada. Intenté comunicarme con el servicio al cliente en China vía email pero luego de muchos idas y vueltas no logramos entendernos, así que la devolví.
