The media could not be loaded. It would’ve been easier to utilize the instructions if they had been in a workbook format. For example, if it had the letter and then you could either trace the letter or copy the letter right next to it.Instead, it has a booklet that shows you the direction of the brushstroke. So you have to go back-and-forth and it’s harder to practice.Maybe it’s like that with all calligraphy sets. But I think of the way that we first learn cursive writing, and it might have been better if it used that method.

A very rounded kit for calligraphy beginners. Only thing is the booklets are small.

The book doesn’t explain the items included in the box and how to use them. I tried putting the different colored ink inside the various pens but they didn’t work so I couldn’t try to write. So I returned it.
