Let’s get the PSA out of the way, treat every attachment as you would a knife. They are all VERY sharp. So, just keep in mind as you handle the attachments or cutting small pieces while holding with your fingers. Should be a no-brainer, but seems like some people forget or don’t understand that.With that out of the way, let me say that this cuts fruits and vegetables quickly, effortlessly, and with no damage to the food. Lots of attachments to slice, dice and chop vegetables. There are total of 7 interchangeable blades: 14x14 and 7x7 (mm) dicing blades, ricing blade, 4 & 3 (mm) shredding blades, 2 (mm) slicing blade and a potato lattice blade. This is sort of an all-in-one kit, so it won’t have as many different size attachments as a dedicated tool like a mandoline slicer, that normally comes with 6 – 8 blades. The slicing/shredding blades work well and are the more common sizes and use them for preparing vegetables for stir-fry or cold salads and for shredding blocks of cheese. When using it as a mandoline, please use the included holder so your fingers aren’t near the blade. That’s what it is for, if you choose to use your fingers, just be very careful.The chopping blades also work well. Just cut up your food into pieces that will fit on the blade. Hold the handle with one hand and push the lever down. For most vegetables, it doesn’t take much force since you’re not cutting a whole onion or potato. My wife loves the chopping blades for making salsa. The tomatoes, onions, chilis come out in perfect and a fraction of the time it would take her to cut completely by hand. She says it looks like it was done by a professional chef.Several other accessories are included that are not directly related to cutting. There is an egg white filter, a hard plastic comb which is used to clean off the stuck-on food, a drain and a strainer basket. We’ve found the strainer basked useful. You can put it into the contain before cutting and when you are done, just take the strainer out to either rinse out our food or if you are cutting things that are watery, you can remove the items from the juice without having to transfer it to a strainer.The slicer and attachments are plastic, except for the blades, but plastic feels sturdy and seems like they would hold up well. Clean up is easy, but again, just be careful of the blades. The whole kit is very versatile and for the price, does a good job. It will save you time!

Love the chopper and makes easy work of vegetables- makes eveything nice and uniform while catching them in the container. Taco Night is a breeze and keeps the counters much cleaner. The smaller dicing blade is harder to clean, but that's with any chopper I've ever had. Overall it's a super handy tool.

Do NOT buy. Cheap, flimsy, dangerous.1. Moves around and you cut yourself2. Blades exposed on top part not safe. My husband lost the tip of his finger and side of his nail and he cooks ALL the time. Bad design.3. Does NOT dice a tomato. Only works for an onion.4. Poor storage of dangers blades/attachments.5. Cheaply made.

Let me just start by saying this thing is hefty. It’s not a flimsy thin chopper. This thing will CHOP. It works with literally anything you can fit in there. Chops with ease & comes with more attachments than you’ll ever need.If you have someone in your family who loves cooking veggies, this is for you. If you have someone in your family who doesn’t love cooking veggies, this is REALLY for you because it makes preparation so easy.The best part, aside from the incredibly sharp blades, is the capacity of the catch bin. You don’t need to constantly stop to empty it because it holds so much.

I love to cook with fresh vegetables but hate to spend my precious time chopping. This kitchen gadget that I never knew existed saves so much time!!! I use mainly the dicing and slicing options, but I love that it also contains a waffle fry cutter, someday I'll try it! The pieces are easy to clean and can easily be stored in the cabinet without taking up too much space.

I use this chopper for everything. I no longer have to cry over cutting onions. I use this to cut onions, peppers, tomatoes and anything else that I need to cut. This chops up everything so quickly. I never want to be without this little device. It's a must have in the kitchen.

Maybe the only thing that I really like about this is that you’re able to chop up things. However when it comes to shredding, it makes a lot of mess.
