This mattress was ordered in a hurried move due to a POD scheduling issue when we had to bump our move-in date up by a week and needed something to sleep on, so I had concerns about ordering one that I had not really fully researched or checked out. But it is GREAT! The mattress is very plush/cushy on top, but when you lie down, it has a medium firm core of support. Hubs and I have both slept well with no pressure point pain on shoulders when side-sleeping, but also good lumbar support when on backs. I knew we wanted a hybrid mattress with individual coils for some firmness but also a topper layer with some softness, and this is very much that Goldilocks combo. Afer sleeping on hundred of hotel beds (travel for work and leisure ALOT) I would say that of all the matresses we've used, it is definitely in the top 5-10% only out-paced by a few really luxe splurgy hotel experiences. I don't know if it will hold up over time since we've only had for a couple of weeks, but we've noticed we wake less in the night (in our 50s.) It terms of firmness, it is not what I would consider a traditionally medium firm because the top layer is very soft, but the inner core is very supportive and doesn't leave you sleeping in a concave position. This mattress was about half the price of our last purchase of a major brand from Macy's and I like it better.

Got the classic 14 inch at a good deal on here. So far it plays fair with the likes of beauty rest and other babe brands. Box is super heavy for king size. Well wrapped and great materials and build. I did see a zipper around the bottom possibly for removal and wash. Sleep quality is perfect. I weigh about 210lbs and my baby isn't far from that. I'm about 6ft 2 and she is about 5ft10. I don't feel her move at night. My tossing and turning has stopped. I'm a side sleeper and yet to feel soreness. Back feels pretty aligned in this mattress. Mattress feels uniform throughout. Love the handles to help move this monster mattress. My previous mattress was a medium firm with plush and that's proved to be too hot and too soft with poor alignment. This mattress remedies all those issues. Better than most $2k mattress all in all.Update:3 months in all is good. I do believe that letting the mattress settle for 3 days before laying on it helped this mattress from dipping in the sleep zones. I ended buying a second one for my GFs home. Worth the price tag!

I took a risk buying a mattress I hadn't physically seen, but my old mattress was 12 years old and toast. I searched for a combination springs/foam mattress, as that was what I already had and had served me well. I chose this one for that reason, and upgraded in size from a queen to a king.I am beyond pleased with this mattress. It is very soft but supportive, which is what I need for my problematic back and hips, and my cats also love it. I replaced my original bedframe with a low platform bedframe, so I do not need a box spring.Buying a mattress is a challenge when you can't see it in the store, but this was a risk worth taking. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who needs a mattress on the softer side.

Bed has not held its shape up in less than a year. It came with a forever warranty and I’ve tried contacting the brand several times. I also purchased a protection plan with asurion and they won’t cover the bed either so I sent almost $1,000 for a fancy peice of foam.

This is a super comfortable bed as described, however, it doesnt have a lot of support on the edge. Other than that it's great.

Was fine for about 6 months then the edge started breaking down and I felt like I was going to roll off the bed at night.

We bought this mattress with high hopes it would be a gentle sink into bed, with firm support. It’s a hybrid after all. Nope. We let the mattress air out for 12 hours. I expected some more then normal sinkage, but one night one I told my husband, “ I really want to like this bed, but I’m already sinking into you. “ I had hopes after 72 hours it would firm up. For reference, I’m 150lbs and my husband is 250lbs. Several reviews also said they were around our weight and had no problems other than the edge support, or lack there of, which I was willing to overlook.Night one, I slept terribly. So did my husband. But we were gonna give it the ol’college try. Over the next three nights, sleep quality varied. I would sleep ok, he wouldn’t and vice versa. Night 4 we were ready to return it. After searching online regarding beds in a box, we decided to try for 30 days. Well, after 12 days of waking up like my shoulders had been in a vice grip all night ( I’m a side sleeper and stomach sleeper) I called it quits.If I got too close to my husband, I’d sink into him and have to army crawl my way back up to higher ground. My husband, would wake up in a literal hole. He wasn’t even able to turn over without fully lifting his body from the bed, find higher ground, and try to get comfortable. He tried on his back, his side and stomach and nothing was comfortable. He woke up with worse back pain than sleeping on the 30 year old mattress we had been sleeping on.Needless to say, we went out and bought a true firm bed with springs and a pillow topper. I have returned this bed.The mattress is pretty and I like the pattern that’s stitched on top. It didn’t smell when we got it and it was very well packaged. It was cool to see it unfold and puff up. But to sleep on it? Absolutely not. If you are looking for a firm mattress that has a pillowy or gel foam top, do not get this one. You will sink inches into it with not a support spring in sight.
