This product came in nice sturdy packaging. Along with quality seeds, soil and easy instructions. I love it!! Can't wait for the herbs to grow. I started with four of the eight herbs. We'll see where that goes. This would make a beautiful gift for anyone. UPDATE, ONLY ONE (BASIL) OF THE FOUR PLANTED CAME UP. I CALLED THE COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT SEEDS FOR THE ROSEMARY, THYME AND LEMON BALM THAT FAILED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND BUT NEVER DID. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save your money. Don't buy this product. I did and followed the directions to the "T".

Gave this to my nephew who loves to cook. He planted with his sons and they care for them as a family. The oregano and mint are growing off the charts already! I would definitely do this again, great for cooks in the family!

Would have liked pot and saucer to connect, ease of picking up together. Directions were good. Sprouted in a couple of days, growing well.

I love to garden. I think I do pretty darn well, if I do say so myself. My sunroom is filled with beautiful plants, some I've nursed from others who gave up, some from seeds and some purchased that have gone wild with love.While it was interesting watching the pods of soil "grow" and I truly enjoyed doing this quick project with one of my daughters, the makers of this packed about 1/10 the amount of seeds that SHOULD have been packed. Why skimp on the seeds? Oh, thanks for the kelp pack. Seriously, Dollar General sells more seeds than this for 4 for a $1. I wish I had taken pictures of the seeds in the baby Ziplock bags. It was comical.What's the point of all of this if you have to use tweezers to get out the seeds in a few packages? NO... I'm not exaggerating. Yes, make sure you're wearing your eyeglasses so you can see the miniscule seeds. It's sitting a sunroom. I meticulously found a balance of water, warmth and sun to get these things going within a couple of days. After that... it's been a slow burn. The only ones that have "done" anything are the Curled Chervil, Rosemary and Basil but even then, it's so sparse, it's sad. The Cilantro started growing well and then it shriveled. As you can see, the Thyme, Lemon Balm and Oregano had about one sprout that has been perpetually stunted. I suppose, you're paying for the baby planter pots?

Great item, this made for one of the best Mother's Day gifts yet!! Fun and learning about plants with the kids made this gift a great buy!!

It was a gift and she loves it. Will be useful when cooking.
