Before i implement the system in my comany, i have tested it with myself and contacted their custmer service. Generally it is simple to use and with affordable solution for the small business like us. There are several points to be reminded.1.In Attendance rules, after you have set like daily OT, weekly OT, it will reflect on the payperiod report, and the 30 minutes of lunch break will be deducted from total working hours even you set as 0; 2.If you want to track the paid breaks, you need to press the btton for start break or end break and there are 3 times for breaks taking. of course in my company we need to clock in /out or lunch, so we use this feature, and i can get the total lunch breaks from the paid breaks report. After all these testing we decided to register our 12 employees, every end of week we can get total regular working hours, OT hours, no more headache at the end of payperiod.

Dates don't line up with days of week. report says 1/17/2022 is Tuesday, but 1/17/2022 is a Monday.USB fails to read 50% of the timeMenu is not very intuitive.Once user is associated roles, can no longer access the menu. It just shows the log.

The installation is simple, no wifi or ethernet cable needed, the software come with the time clock itself, there is learning curve, and will take you a little time to get familiar with it. After i have set overtime preference, register employee list with their fingerprints, password and card. i have contacted their tech-support via email because i forget the admin password, they give my way to access to the system again to reset the admin. At the end of pay period, i download the report of working hours from time clock through USB then finished the payroll process. very happy with this time clock.

China junk, not nearly as easy to setup as it looks . Dont be fooled. Its a turd. Save your money
