These things are junk. They were installed by a professional, and yet they still don't work properly. The inverter is constantly overheating. The inverter caught fire and burned up my garden shed. I spent thousands of dollars on this product and it cost me several more thousand dollars in a fire. They never even produced the type of energy that they were supposed to. The wind turbine was stuck solid and would not turn, and the main unit (inverter) caught fire. This was the worst Amazon purchase that I have ever made. It cost me 10K for a new garden shed. If I had the money for a lawyer, I'd file a lawsuit. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS FAULTY. Every bit of it went in the garbage.

There is limited instruction for installation of the wind turbine. Also it would be nice to know during purchase that no mounting post is included. So you must still invest money into grounding stake/ lightening rod, and pole to erect the wind turbine. The ecoworthy system came highly recommended from an installer in the solar power industry... I expect it will work great when it's fully installed.

I recently gave this product a bad review. It was very easy to hook up. I couldn’t get it to work correctly. Customer service has been 100%.great to me fast responses their technician has actually worked with me. I’m a first time solar system installer. They have helped me figure the system out and it is working 100% now. Yes, I would buy it again. !!!

Never received my 16 ft solar cord, the wind generator, or the green thing that monitors the charging

The fact there are not instructions on how to install the system is absolutely ridiculous, especially because it's a kit. I had to follow up with them just to get the instructions on how to wire the panels (wire diagram) I do not know how they expect people to figure that out on their own as it's a very unique wiring diagram with a mix of series and parallel circuits. Then I went to install the wind turbine and found it was missing parts. I contacted them and they said I should just go to a hardware store and they'll reimburse me. This is a crappy company with poor support and Chinese made cheap components. Do not buy this kit you can get it cheaper by sourcing the parts individually and you'll probably get better support and better quality products by doing so with other sellers.

No idea how well it works or if it does because we have no instructions at all, students started to put it together and its a good thing a parent saw what the students did and we were told the lithium batteries could have exploded the way they were hooking it up.

They will run you around in circles until it's too late to return. They will not stand behind the defective product at all. Both batteries are defective and will only hold 11 volts of a charge maximum. They will make you do test after test hoping that you give up and just keep the non working equipment. I had both batteries tested and they are bad. Now the want me to do further experiments to waste more time. Do not trust this company.
