Board is very proper highly recommended

For a beginner it's ok but I will say it would make it hard for a beginner to get good at skateboarding. First the trucks are low quality which makes it hard to fine tune for the perfect ride, bushings are too soft that no matter how hard you tighten, it's still gonna be a wobbly ride. The deck is decent and nice graphic. I would say at the very least upgrade the truck bushings and get better bearings.

There are much better skateboards but if you’re just starting out I guess it could work

Bought a blank board so I could paint it. The wheel bearings on two of the four wheels came already kind of sticky, had to buy some lubricant instantly after I got the board but for the price I can't complain awfully much. Good board to learn on.

I am not a professional skateboarder by any means, but I do skateboard quite a bit, and I was looking for a cheaper board within my budget, and this definitely fell into it. It's hard to find a skateboard underneath $70, so when I came across this, I was excited. However, I was a little disappointed in the quality. (Not that I should have been hoping for something really great.)When I got this board, the first thing I did immediately was loosen the trucks and the wheels. The minute I took it out of the box and tried to ride it, the board wouldn't turn at all. After loosening, it felt okay, but what I don't like a lot are the wheels. They ARE plastic - the kind of plastic that won't withstand tricking.For those of you who are actually looking for a pretty good board that you would see in a Zumiez or any pro skate shop, this isn't it. This is an example of a board you would find in a Walmart or Target.This is my overall opinion on the board and its parts:Deck: I ordered the red; it is not the darker red you see in the picture. It is definitely brighter - almost the shade of blood, but as far as the wood-type look, it is there and actually looks fairly nice. The deck also seems sturdy.Griptape: Standard. Nothing special. Does its job.Trucks: Pretty good. I don't believe they are plastic as some of the other reviews say; they are sturdier than that.Bearings: Pretty bad. It rolls, but not as smoothly as some other boards I've had.Wheels: Bad. Literal plastic. I bought a set of better wheels, bearings, and spacers for just $13 here on Amazon (which is a great deal, in case you aren't really that into skateboarding - a typical set of just wheels is $20+). I'm planning on switching the wheels out, and once I do, I'll probably update this review.So, all in all, this board is good for its deck and trucks. Don't get it if you plan on seriously learning how to skateboard. Get it if you only plan on doing it in your spare time and occasionally tricking like me.

This is a sweet board for the price! I have been riding a yocaher longboard for a few years and decided to get back to skating, so i went back to this brand. The deck is light and strong. The trucks are nice. The jurry is still out on the wheels, they are kinda rubbery. But I havent put much time on them yet. The grip tape was put on in a hurry, wrinkled at one of the tails and a bubble in the bend. Poked a hole with a razorblade and its fine now. You have to losen the trucks and wheels before riding. Clearly they were assembled with a factory torque wrench. Pretty bomb setup for $45! Yocaher seems like the beat kept secret in the skateboard/longboard world!Update after a trip to the park: BEWARE OF WHEEL BITE! Fully adjust your trucks to your weight before hand :)

This board is great for a beginner. My 11-year-old son wanted something larger than his penny board and chose this one. He also liked the fact that it was a solid color and he is able to apply stickers and make it his own unique board. It arrived assembled and ready to ride. The only thing was that it was a bit loose, so when turning, he scratched the bottom of the board. Dad tightened the wheels and now it is perfect for him. His only complaint was that the color was a bit different (not as bright) on the website. Definitely would recommend for a beginner.

Note: I am a beginner skater, and this review is tailored with that in mind.I believe this is a great beginner board that allows you to smoothly cruise and attempt tricks without fear of it breaking prematurely. I have been riding it for a few weeks now, and the only clear damage is some scrapes on the grip tape. The size is also fine for adults and big kids alike. Aesthetically, I love the look of the natural wood colorway and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again!

Arrived assembled and ready to ride. Board is good. Paint job good. Finish over paint is only fair. Would not expect this on a more expensive board. Trucks, wheels, and bearings are suitable for a beginner board and should get a number of months out of them with daily use. More experienced boarders would probably like better wheels and bearings. Definitely recommended for beginners.

Bearings do not roll very well along with the wheels provided.The trucks have very hard bushings that make turning difficult for beginners.You are better off going to a skate shop and getting a board there, it might seem intimidating but its well worth it.I mean its a cheap full setup but not worth it.

The board itself is warped. I selected "next-day" delivery, so the board wasnt in transit for long enough for this to have happened in transit. That being said, the parts were clean the board was clean. The trucks are super stiff but I'm working on em'.

Great board and it definitely exceeded my expectations. As stated in other reviews a few of the screws/nuts had to be tightened or loosened (one of my wheel nits was too tight) but after a little tweaking, it worked great.

Bought this for my son's 8th birthday. Of course, he loves it. 5 stars because it hasn't broken yet and I have the feeling it'll last a good few years. The wood looks sturdy. Everything's properly attached. Wheels look good. Overall, yep, good job guys. :)
