Great product. I could see the difference in my nails especially. Kinda pricy but if you can afford it, it’s worth it.

Vitamins worked great for hair and nail growth. I had to drink more water to keep up with the work it was doing within my body would definitely purchase again

I’ve been using Hair Skin and nails and buying this since 2017. I SWEAR by this and also - I ran out the end of last year but left for England (I’m American) in December for 6 weeks. Came back for a couple months…forgot all about ordering and taking it…and I went to get a 4” trim - the girl cut off 8” 🙄 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I didn’t worry too much because my hair grows so fast…well it wasn’t - and I noticed! I forgot to get my vitamins! . Reordered and now (June 2025) my hair is back down past my waist again. Not to mention…my nails! I have to clip them every single week. Strong and long. 💯 the women’s perfect energy - is AMAZING. I don’t need coffee because it works so good but it works in all the right ways - cellular and throughout the body - not superficial like coffee does

These were my go-to for a long time, but I ended up changing to another product because you just don’t get that many in each of these bottles. The quality is good though.

I took this for an injury to my finger, I had cut the tip off. I healed without a scar!! My hair is to my bum! My nails are stronger than they have ever been! I will use these forever!!

This vitamin does not bother your stomach. Most vitamin I take seem to both my digestive system.Never had this problem with New Chapter. It is good for your hair growth and good for yourcomplexion.

I decided to give this a try since this is a good brand, but it did not work for me. I don't think there is enough biotin in it for the kind of results I was looking for. I've switched back to the MegaFood brand and have had better luck.
