I was in acute pain when I bought this. It was comfortable but the heat part was unexpectedly great. Plugged right into a USB power back that I put in my pocket. The amount of heat it put off was amazing. And yet it did not drain the power bank. I had to use it on low.The first unit was defective. The company sent me a second unit right away and that worked perfectly.The manual is an awkward translation from a non-native English speaker. Pretty funky in spots. It did not tell you that if you turn the unit off, you need to unplug and replug the USB from its power source before you can turn it on again. That's its only "con" in my book. Otherwise, it offers magnificent relief.

I sent back after 48 hours. I didn't get hot throughout. The cord is not long enough u basically have to have an extension cord or sleep on top of outlet. It didn't prevent movement as I hopped either

The heating pad is great, the collar not so much. The collar is too tall in the front, causing discomfort in my throat. I would return it, but the heating pad works as designed. I sued this on a long-haul flight with a different and more comfortable collar and it worked better than I could imagine although I wish it were wider, providing wider coverage, but it works good enough that I will keep it. The collar on the other hand, if I could get a partial refund I would, because it is absolutely the worst I have ever tried. Unless you have a long neck, skip this one or do as I did and use the heating pad with a different collar of your choice.YMMV

I like this except for the way it pushes on my chin. I bought the smaller size. It heats very well. I haven’t tried the other pads that came w it. I bought it for the heat. The cord is small and kinda scary. The control button is small, I’m hope it last with out any issues. I’m pleased with it so far.

This collar provides comfortable support with three interchangeable pads for the back. The comfort pad is literally just a pad for support. The magnetic pad provides magnet therapy (for circulation). The heated pad has low, medium, and high settings (on the cable), which range from warm to almost too hot. I find the cord to be plenty long since I usually remain stationary while using the heat. Not sure what was happening for buyers who said the pad didn't get hot enough. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend. I'll update if I run into any issues.

Ive developed problems with my neck. I realized the way I sleep has contributed to ky problem. I purchased this to sleep in so I wouldnt sleep in a way that would put pressure on my neck and it has helped a great deal. I read in bed everynight and I cannot wear this to read in, so I put it on when im finished reading. Took a fee days to get used to, but now I rely on it sobI dont wake up with neck pain.

Not comfortable, I have a long neck, but this is for some with a giraffe neck super uncomfortable, and makes my neck hurt worst.
