I got a reverse osmosis water filtration device so I use these sometimes. I really don't know any way to determine whether they are good over the very short run but I like these so far

I will be using liquid form instead of this as it does not disolve well. I cannot afford to get a kidney stone. And yes I am taking w Vit d , K2

Too Big for Me to Swallow!

Great ingredients but like swallowing a rock.Maybe soft gels?5* ingredients3* for difficulty

I have been taking the Mega Minerals for several months. I also have been taking statins for elevated cholesterol for over 15 years. For me, this medication causes muscle cramps, especially in my legs and feet. Many times it has gotten so bad that I have had to take other medication to relieve the cramps. Since I started using Mega Minerals not only have I stopped taking the additional medications, I have stopped having the cramps altogether.I had a heart attack 15 years ago, I told my doctor that I thought that I hurt more than my heart. I said I am not thinking as clearly as I did and I keep forgetting things. He said you are fine, that's just the medicine. For me at least, Mega Minerals seem to be helping with that problem. I feel brighter, clearer and in general I just feel better and more energetic since starting to take them.I would highly recommend trying them for a couple of months to see if they work for you.
