Best way to manage & learn about your diabetes.
I'm a new type 1 diabetic this year & have gained more perspective on what i do that helps me be healthier. Went from 14.9% A1C to 6.9% A1C in 3 months, A1C TEST will be even lower in next 3 month by paying attention to the details of whati do for good health & keeps it real for bad habit improvement. Every daily page (4 months) gives you the big picture of what's happening that day. Everything you need to know in one place to better manage the day & look back at what went on days prior, good for learning assesment of how & why things are going & happening. At a glance info log like blood sugar, meals/snacks/carbs/proteins, etc./daily totals, water intake, blood sugar readings, insulin, weight, exercise (fitness & lowering BS), notes for any diabetes related happenings in the day. Also has pages for your medical info, emergency & diabetes care team (Dr's), pharmacy contacts, meds, medical notes..... I put these pages in my notebook of accumulated food nutrition pages that helps me put together advanced carb counting meals & snacks. It was do-able to cut the book apart to punch notebook holes in & put them in my notebook. It's everything in one place to help me log to improve, learn & be accountable for my health improvement. Will always use these pages to log in meals before I eat, to control at of carbs & pay attention to nutrition of each food. I won't let Diabetes slow me down, I want to live a comfortable long life!

I love it! If you’re SERIOUSLY wanting to know all that makes your diabetes “number” this is the place to track!Room for what your waking blood sugar is, and the time checked. Can record all day. Place for every food you eat and can breakdown carbs, protein, etc.

Good cheap journal
It's a great journal, I like all the extra medical information pages, and the layout works really well for me. I wish there was more space to write my food down though. It's kind of small and I run out of space fast.

Must have if you want to control your sugar
This book is a must have if you are newly diagnosed with diabetes & wanting to keep up with what you are eating & how it effects your sugar levels. This book tracks everything. When you get up in the am, when you go to bed at night, what you ate, how much water you drank, your exercise, water intake for the day, your doctor visits, meds, your sugar levels. After I use this for the four months, I am going to purchase another one. So worth the money if it helps your health & after losing my mother & grandmother to complications of diabetes this book is so important to me to make sure I do what I can to keep my sugar under control. My doctor also loves this book because he can look over everything & it gives him insight on how my sleep, food & exercise affects my sugar so he can better help me. Definitely buy this book.
