Beautiful tree but missing one hook to hang the ornament from. I called Lenox for replacement parts but because I purchased it through Amazon I must contact Amazon for replacement. I decided to keep it and avoid the hassle of returning the item and possible trouble with the new one.

I’m pretty disappointed in this, but I’m going to keep it because there really isn’t anything else like it. The quality is just downright bad. The star is tarnishing, the ballet shoes are splotchy, the partridge in the pear tree looks completely different than what’s advertised, and the numbered ornament spots on the tree are misaligned. I expect so much more from Lenox. The quality is honestly so bad that I question the authenticity.

Yes, this is pretty. Very lightweight. However, it eats batteries. I do wish there was a timer mode to help save battery life AND so that there was less chance of breaking the tree. If you have to continuously pick it up to turn it on, then pick it up to turn off, your odds of dropping it go up. Even if you don't use batteries it is still nice. :o)
