Poor call quality
Got and returned both the black and dark black versions. For an eye opener, make a Voice Memo recording (iPhone) with these earbuds with and without noise cancellation on, and with wired earbuds like those from Apple. You will be stunned at the quality difference. The black version is UNUSABLE for calls on an iPhone 12 Pro.As is usually the case with Bluetooth earbuds what YOU hear is great. These are very good, the physical button is VERY good, no accidental button presses. The black version suffers from a problem with voice cancellation where your voice will sound horrible on the other end… you will need to call a friend to see just how bad it is. The dark black version solved this problem but if you call a friend you will find wired earbuds are MUCH better.Case, everything else is very nice. I bought them for calls and they were awful for that.On top of it all the dark black version had a click in it when I recorded the voice memo.Very disappointed.

Stopped working after 3 days
They worked fine for about 3 days. Then one side stopped working.... So I unpaired them from my phone to reset them and then neither side would work again. I tried all the usual troubleshooting tricks and nothing worked. I don't know if this was just a defective set or if their upgraded version isnt that great quality I remember from my last set of these earbuds last year. Now I have to go through all the processing of boxing them up and taking them to UPS to return them. I think it's so unfair that we never get compensation for the aggravation and not to mention the disappointment of not being able to enjoy the product you've already paid for!

Great earbuds for half the cost of the more expensive ones
I owned some more expensive and well known ones and I really don't see much differences from them. These have great sounds, loud and great for phone calls. I will admit I am not an audiophile but I enjoy the sound of these. They have great customer service that will try to resolve issues you may have. I highly recommend it. I have ordered 3 to 4 of these already just to have it in different locations.

Best earbuds for value
Left earbud died. Same thing happened with my last pair(different brand). I don't know if it's my charging habits or if it's defective. I'm not buying another budget pair of wireless earbuds. These are great earbuds for the price. They sound good, have amazing battery, and I love how they gave it a pyshical button over touch controls. However I'd recommend buying from a well known and reliable brand. I've had more longevity out of $20 knock-off earbuds, so you never know.

Great earbuds/great customer service at Tribit
The sound quality is excellent and they are very comparable to the AirPod pros. The battery life surpasses any other headphones I’ve ever used. I like them so much I bought another pair as a gift for a friend. One of my headphones went out so I emailed Tribit and they took care of it immediately they have awesome customer service and followed up with me immediately to let me know a replacement was on the way. Can’t say enough about these earbuds and Tribit!!

Bad fit
Sound quality was decent but they fall out of my ears constantly. I get them nice and snug then the second I smile, chew, or speak (anything that makes my ears wiggle in the slightest) they dislodge and fall out. Tried all the numerous rubber attachments, nothing helped. Will be returning.

Unbelievable.
Out of curiousity I thought I'd give these a try after I had a problem with my Shures (Great btw, nth against them). But holy you know what these pair instantly without any issues, the sound quality for what they are is just insane for the price and the microphone is decent. According to my girl she can hear me no problem so take it for what you will. Overall, because of the price I would rate this (price being heavily weighted) an easy 9/10 if you're looking at the $100 market. - Keep in mind I'm rarely pleasantly surprised. Blows Airpods out of the water tbh. - Oh and it comes with a multitude of rubber ear pieces so the fit is nothing to worry about. Pick them up. You won't be disappointed.

average
good built qualityevery time you take it out of the caseyou have to turn it off then on again to workInitially I rated these earbuds one star based on my own experienceHowever Tribit support contacted me and told me that they had refunded my money back (which I never asked for) and they wanted to send me a free product (which I declined)Based on the customer service that I received from this company (whcih in my opinion is unheard of) I have changed my rating from one star to 5 stars.

Not so great sound...
I purchased these because the reviews seemed very good. Unfortunately, the sound does NOT please me at all. Highs are very pronounced, giving them a shrill sound. And the bass is anemic, definitely not present enough. Other than that, everything else is just great. But what's the point, if I don't like the sound? This is only MY opinion, of course... I own a lot of earbuds. So far, my favorites are Soundcore Life A1, Liberty 2 Pro and Tranya T10.-----------------Edit... purchased kindly offered to refund me. .. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!So... 3 Stars for the sound, 5 Stars for the overall features, and 5 Stars for customer service, for an average of 4 Stars.

Sound cuts in and out
The sound keeps cutting in and out, I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer but I haven’t heard back. I’ll likely return these.I had high hopes for these but I’m disappointed.

Sounds good but features are basic
My pair of Boltune BT-BH024 started losing volume in one of the buds after a few years so it was time to replace them. Reading the reviews these seemed like a decent alternative and for the most part they are, they sound good, they aren't very bass heavy and give more room for the mids and highs to come through clearly and there's no app to update firmware or manage an EQ with. There's a few sacrifices I had to make with these, mostly the loss of in-ear detection and touch commands, both of which my Boltune's offered at less than $70. Whenever I take the Tribits out I need to make sure I pause them first otherwise they'll continue playing and I'm not a fan of how flimsy the lid on the case is though the magnets feel fairly sturdy.
