I want to start out by saying that I paid for this product, wasn’t requested to write a review or anything. This is my unbiased opinion. These pills have changed my life! My hemorrhoids didn’t bother me during the day but kept me from sleeping. It’s been an awful three years! I’ve tried everything! I was really about to consider the surgery when I decided to give these pills a try. It’s been a week and I’ve not woken up once. That’s miraculous! I highly recommend giving these pills a shot.

This is actually a pretty good formula from VITASUPPORTMD. I have the occasional issues with hemorrhoids and a recurring anal fissure, and this really seems to keep things in check. Once I had taken these for a week, issues were more or less nonexistent, but after stopping, they came back, so it seems to keep circulation going and inflammation to a minimum. I've taken horse chestnut (one of the key ingredients) before with similar success, so I feel like this is an effective formula. The problem is that this is one pricey supplement. Some of the horse chestnut supplements I've had have been one-third the price of this, with similar effects. This also has diosmin and hesperidin from MPFF (micronized purified flavonoid fraction), but I'm just not sure that justifies spending another $20. They do work to relieve routine hemorrhoid symptoms, but they also cost a good bit to do it.

I have to be completely honest in this review. I bought this with great hopes that I had found the holy grail. First week, I took two capsules daily. The bleeding stopped and since my hemorrhoids Don't ever hurt, it was just the prolapse swelling and the bleeding. However, I noticed it bothering my stomach, causing painful cramps. I stopped using it for a few days and then started back and the hemorrhoidal bleeding seemed worse, so I quit. I don't know if it will be something I can use. I don't like that we have no access to a company rep to ask questions. They don't seem to have a customer service department. I only rated it 3 stars across the board because I'm not sure about it.
