Butterfly Bluetooth Page Turner Pedal

Excellent tool for hands free page turning - with horn or piano. Sturdy, well made, built to last

The Bluetooth connected immediately to my old iPad 6. I had a different page turner that I tried for a live gig, but the foot pedal was so small that I had to keep looking down to make sure I pressed it. The PageFlip Butterfly it has a large enough surface area that I did not need to look down. I used it for a gig this week and it worked perfectly!

I greatly prefer using this to having to reach up and tap my iPad while playing. I also feel the battery lasts a long time which is confidence inspiring. It does go to sleep after not being used for about a half hour and anwakens easily with a single press.

This is a nice device. It worked as it promised. I use it with ForScore on an iPad gen2, and also with my gen11 ipad. When I had a problem after month of use, I contacted the PageFlip customer service. My bluetooth was refusing to connect the Butterfly to either device. George called me back and within 15 minutes the problem was solved.I am very satisfied with the PageFlip and quite pleased that (1) I could reach a real human on the phone and (2) my problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Excellent service!

It does everything it's supposed to do with ease and convenience. If I have any complaints, it only pairs with one device and seems like it is annoying to re pair if you need to change devices. And it would be nice to have a battery indicator of some kind. The battery lasts for a very long time, but going into a gig there's no way to tell if the battery is at 90% or 5% so I've replaced batteries that could be fine just in case.

Item as described but somewhat complicated to get used to.Several variables need to be just right to operate correctly.After spending several hours trying to learn how to use it,I decided the stress of making sure it would work when needed was not worth it.Item returned.

It flips pages, and it does a great job at it! No need to buy anything else.

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 computer. I have the Mobile Sheets app installed.For some time, I used the touch screen on the computer for flipping pages. It worked, but it was challenging when printed pages (with the ability to see two printed pages at once) conflicted with the single-page display I preferred on the computer (portrait mode on the computer is nearly as good as looking at a single page of printed music).This device fixes the touch-screen issue. It easily links to the computer via Bluetooth. A touch of the pedal turns the page. Easy.A remainig problem was that printed multi-page music did not have "page turns" that coordinated well with the single-page display on the app. I fixed that originally by creating pages that overlapped with page turns. It worked, but was still not ideal.After I got this device, I discovered pedal functions on Mobile Sheets that allowed a song to scroll, instead of turn pages. I was able to make (modify) documents for Mobile Sheets that contained a single song in a single document that would be scrolled down by a pedal touch, rather than flipped by pages. My only issue now is learning to scroll when necessary!Mobile Sheets includes an option that prevents changing songs with the pedal. This eliminates switching songs when there are too many pedal presses. The combination of the this pedal with Mobile Sheets makes for a nearly ideal combination of music printing and music reading. I wish I had known about these options years ago.
