cheaply made
I grew up with one of these as a kid and was really looking forward to getting mine. The bolt that holds the two sides together is loose and not made for lasting. I tried my first sandwich and it burnt on low heat even though I was moving around-(I made these all the time when I was only 8 years old). I opened it and everything stuck even though I had coated the bread with butter first. It took forever to get the burnt bread off and I realized it was just garbage. DON'T BUY!! Cheap and useless

Works Fine, but Build Quality Could Be Better
The Bene Casa sandwich press does the job and heats up fast, but the materials feel a bit cheap. It works okay for making basic sandwiches, but the handle gets hot and it doesn't press evenly all the time. Not bad for the price, but definitely not the best I've used.
