It’s a ok bike
I bought mine in 2021. My son also bought one the end of summer 2021. Mine has held up better. The right hand pedal bearings didn’t last 10 miles. I asked the manufacturer for a new one. I gave up after a few back and forth, they wanted videos while I was riding. Back brakes stick on the rotor was hot enough to boil water. Sprayed it with water bottle while out on a ride. My sons bike has been trouble he is 15 so I know he doesn’t ride it as gently as me. His rear brake rotator came completely off the hub. Took a bit to get that fixed again the manufacturer did offer to help. He needed to get to and from work so we just bought the screws from the local hardware store. Soon after that all the electronics started acting up. The manufacturer did walk us through a soft and hard reset no luck. They did warranty the ECM but we have to put it in. We are a very mechanical inclined family. The ECM was a pain to install. My wife bought one in 2022. They have made some little changes from 2021 that really help. Overall we are happy with them they have plenty of power. From the harbor of Lake Superior to our house is about 900ft above sea level. You do have to about 60% of the work. It’s very hilly here so you get about 25-30 miles on a charge if using the electric motor hard. Would definitely buy another if needed. It has nice features and the overall quality of the bike is good. I have just over 350 miles on mine it’s doing good other than the back brake. Should have asked for a new brake assembly. I have to adjust it periodically to keep it from sticking.

if your mechanically inclined
Even if your not mechanically inclined I would recommend this bike. It comes very well packaged and is very easy to assemble even if you are not the best mechanic. would suggest however to go through every nut and bolt and tighten... I found several loose items that were ready to fall off.Hardest part was to break down and get rid of all the wonderful packaging. This bike is a great value for the money. Its very durable and will hold up.. even under rough road conditions. Very sturdy indeed. I have ridden a regular road bike for years and once I got on this bike I feel so much safer - even at 20+ mph. I feel like this is like driving a truck as opposed to a four door sedan. Its big and sturdy. The H breaks are very good, which is the most important item on a bike this big. I replaced the seat with a Bikearoo saddle and had to adjust several times to make it just right. Also, added a Iberra rack and compatible carrier pack - in case i need to carry things.Hope this helps in your decision.

Small issues
The disc on the wheel was bent and would not spin freely, I had to spend 20 minutes bending the disc back and forth to get it perfectly straight so it didn't rub the brakes as it rotated. Some wires up near the front fork rub on the front shocks and can wear out over time if not properly moved and zip tied out of the way. You will find small things that are wrong and it sucks to get that at this price. The included tool to I assume tighten the foot pegs on isn't even big enough to get around the bolt to tighten them. If you don't have tools you wouldn't be able to assemble this bike right. If you want something right straight away DO NOT order a bike online.UPDATE: same day I went out to use it. 10 minutes into riding and the right pedal broke and stripped the housing for it to screw into. Now I have to wait for replacement parts or go buy my own. Do not buy!
