I will start with the 'good' stuff - looks a decent quality build, screen is ok for the price and is fairly slim/light. I was surprised with the quality for the price tbh.However, when it comes to using it, it's a different matter - the phone is SO slow at opening and running apps, it can't run with more than one app open and apps don't run in the background so you don't get notifications. I just don't think it has enough memory. The camera is garbage and the phone frequently lags and hangs on a black screen before shutting down the app you are using.Sending it back.UPDATE: pretty good customer service, the company has contacted me to assure me this is not a normal experience and has offered a replacement phone to give it another chance. Will update later on that experience.

Where do I start...Good points: It's a decent size and weight for a modern phone, but not heavy enough to use in self-defence or as a door stop - two uses that it is better at than being used as an actual phone.Bad points: It lags so badly that when you receive a call, it'll ring but not show you an answer button, often ringing long enough to send your caller straight to your voicemail.The battery lasts less than a working day if you try to listen to music on your commute (my commute is 30mins).The data and wifi connections are so poor that you effectively need to sit on your router to send/receive messages.Location services... you could walk 15minutes before the map updates, and don't even try to use it to navigate whilst driving.Opening/using apps, unless you've zen master like patience to deal with the screen lag and crashes, you're going to struggle.Very VERY unhappy with this purchase, my wife now has further ammunition to wind me up by just mentioning this device.

Very diffucult to use.Screen goes off after 10 seconds.Cannot answer phone as screen goes off and cannot turn phone on.Completely hopeless

my first impressions of this phone were very favourable,great battery life,user friendly,then it started switching off without any prompting from me,even when fully charged.It had also become very slow in response to instructions,so ive had to return it.Its a shame,as I enjoyed using it for the short while it lasted,but a phone that switches off by itself is no good to man or beast......

But doesn't last..

Won't criticise too much - just not advanced enough for what was expected - although did say easy to use. Sorry - but not what expected.

It doesn't do anything it is supposed to it won't let me access my own apps there's a button for screen shot which is important to me regarding invoices etc doesn't work it's so slow you can't even make a phone call sometimes the battery dies far to quickly yet there's nothing really installed I would like to return it and get my money back

Brought for my daughter she want expensive phone similar but i dont have that much money and was lookin for cheaper alternatives. And choose this one looks similar but price very good. This phone definitely value for the money and much more. Very easy to use. Did all phones functions. Battery life very good is well. Now my niece want this phone for the Christmas gift.
