I have been doing this diet plan for almost 2 weeks this monday. I really like it. I eat 5 times a day, and I can honestly say that I have to force myself to drink the shakes, because I am really not that hungry. I will continue to do the program, because I have about 50 pounds of extra weight on me. I will continue to post updates. I have noticed that I am less bloated, and with more energy. Shakes delicious. As far as the pills very stinky. Has that vitamin smell. Not sure is they work. My appetite seems the same and colon cleanse not work. This whole package bind me. Reached out to a coach which is a famous actress she was no help. She was advertising and said as a coach she will help but she directed me to whom I'm bought it from which is the company that she is an advocate for. I been loosing some weight because I been working out and bee. Eating 1200 calories a day. I think I can do on my own. Gave 3 stars because shakes are delicious no chalkie at all like others. I did chick brownie flavor.

I took it for a month and I didn't lose weight . It didn't work for me . I am very disappointed. I follow through the program . Total waste of money and time starving for nothing. Won't buy it again . Sorry!

I've tried this in the past and it's always helped slim me down. I do agree that it's not necessary anything special as I'm sure if you're eating healthy with other meal replacements you will have the same results but I find the flavors (especially the Brownie one) amazing.

Don't waste your money like I did. This product gave me very strong cramps at night time that I wasn't able to fall sleep for the pain.
