Extremely satisfied
Why I am satisfied. 1. Perfect size when replacing a standard 60" tub. 2. I saw no pics of hand held shower pulled out, but it does with plenty of hose length. 3. Removed old tub, installed new, completed in 2 days. 4. The small hole at bottom of door allows air to enter the drain. The tub drains in about 2 minutes. The tub fills in about 7 minutes. My wife is 140lbs and can crouch in the foot well as it fills. My 40 gallon water heater does run out near end of the fill but still fine. Tub was received with a minor crack on one corner and was easy to repair with glue and touch up paint. Not bad when you consider the miles it traveled from China. The tub listing did state Chromatherapy with lights that needed 110 power, this unit did not have any lights and I am pleased, one less leak point. The door seals very well with zero leakage . Final thought: This value based tub with no jets is made extremely well and I expect many years of relaxing daily use from it. Thanks Empava!

Very happy.
The tub looks great. I would by again. Install for me will be a little tricky because the open side are on outer walls. Not sure i would say 2 person unless your 5' 7 or smaller. They could have left out seat or bowed the front more for more room. It is larger than the one i have and 2 people have been in it. I wont be installing until fall when bathroom is being redone. I would buy it again.

Very relaxing
This jacuzzi tub is so worth the purchase. I sit in it every night. I have no complaints about it, although it’s only been installed for 3 full days now. I hope that I continue to love it and enjoy it.

not working yet, had for awhile, trying to get fixed with customer service
not working properly yet, the seal on the tub looks awful very messy job, dont know if it works well as has never turned on yet a problem with electronic parts.

Lower quality than I expected
I purchased this through Amazon. Caulking around the glass is jagged and ugly. Some can be rubbed off and the appearance cleaned up. One of the foot mounts attached to the frame underneath is welded crooked. The pads representing seat backs are cheap.
