Great looking helmet.
As I am just getting back into riding, I wanted a helmet that both offered protection and had bluetooth. The sound is pretty good up until about 60+ MPH, then it is usually drowned out. However, it works great for cruising through the mountains and the sunshield is a huge bonus. Had a small challenge with the fit but they sent me new pads right away. Customer service was 100%. Love it all so far!

and I am glad I did
I am pumped about this helmet, just got back from a 200 mile ride through the Hill Country and decided to review this purchase while it was fresh on my mind. This is my first Modular Helmet that I have owned, so my review will be based on this experience only. I done a ton of research before buying this product. I knew I wanted a Modular helmet, I've always been partial to half helmets or no helmet at all, but with further rides, living closer to the city, and riding in the Hill Country, I wanted more protection as well as bluetooth for GPS purposes. I will definitely buy another helmet for my wife and kids to wear when we ride 2 up !!!Sizing - I wear a 7 1/4 Fitted Cap, Measurement of head is 22 3/4 inches. By the Helmet sizing guideline provided online, I should have went with a Large, but after reading other reviews I decided to go with the XL, and I am glad I did. The Helmet fits perfect, not so tight that I am uncomfortable, but snug enough to feel secure and safe. The very top of the helmet does not have a lot of cushioning and you can feel itLooks and user friendliness. - I went with Matte Black, looks great no scratches. the bluetooth and sun shades switch is easily found with gloves on and moves smoothly. The tabs for ventilation are a little more difficult to locate with gloves on, and I could tell no difference in circulation closed or open (might make it a hot helmet during the summer) The quick release works great and is easy to unfasten the helmet.Visors - both visors come with a protective cover and were spotless, no scratches. The flip down sun shades are not very dark, and they will fog up if you breath heavy upwards, but that is expected. THe fog went away very fast with flipping up the outside shade a notch. My sun shade slides down effortlessly and goes all the way back inside the helmet when I don't need it any longer.Bluetooth - As stated in other reviews the speakers do not have much bass, but as far as clarity and loudness, I found that I had no problem hearing music or GPS running 75 MPH, and I didn't have the volume all the way up. I had my wife call me to try out the mic. I could hear her great, but she said I sounded muffled, but she said she could hear me and understood everything I said. (only going 35 mph, did not test it going faster)Weight - I don't have any complaints on the weight, it did not distract me while riding. It is heavier than what I am used to, but overall I expected expected the weight with a full face/modular helmet.Noise - I am actually impressed with the amount of wind noise. I couldn't believe how quiet this helmet was at 75mph today. No problems if I looked either direction, or up and down, it was quiet. Granted, I am accustomed to nothing over my ears when I ride, so I couldn't believe the peace I had while riding today.Cons -The two outside tabs that attach the wind protector to your helmet under your chin do not stay attached. when you pull the modular jaw down you will have to re-insert these two tabs. Not a big issue, but it is something that I will have to deal with everytime I wear this helmet. The charging port for the Bluetooth battery cover is very flimsy, the rubber stob that it used to pull it open ripped off on the very first attempt.

Cozy, good controls
Good quality. Bluetooth works well. Controls are easy. Simple process out of the box to ride with it next morning. Visibility not as good and music sounds meeeh..comparing to Icon airflite with Sena. Will be good for winter and duststorms in middle eastern here.

Good helmet. Okay audio
Good helmet but the size feels a little small. Bought the one that matches my hat size and the integrated shades hit my nose just a bit. I'll probably end up trimming the bridge to open it up a little for some better clearance. Can hear pretty well but not a lot of wind noise which is great. As far as helmets are concerned, this one seems pretty good.Bluetooth works pretty well and is fairly straightforward. Voice for feedback telling you which mode the helmet is in etc is the same cheap voice in some other chinese products I've bought. Audio quality is not great. Listen to music while riding and there is no low end to the audio range. Speakers are apparently incapable of bass in any form.Volume controls are reversed from what I would instinctively assume they are, casing some confusion if you aren't conscious of it. With the helmet on, intuitively you would turn the knob forward (counter-clockwise) to turn up the volume and to your rear (clockwise) to turn it down, but this is reversed. Will be taking a road trip with it soon so I will update this review when I get back. Initial thoughts are buy something else with better audio quality. The worst earbuds I own have better audio than this helmet and it isn't even close. Either buy something with better audio or a plain helmet without it.

Excellent helmet, really really vague instructions
The helmet fit, connectivity, and comfort are all excellent. My main gripes are the vents for the chin are too small and the instructions included are so so bad.The vent issue keeps the helmet visor fogging up until I crack open the visor. This could be fixed in future versions of the helmet. The instructions on pairing the helmet for the intercom system are horrible and written in a font so small that mice squint to read them. The instructions do not say that the helmets will lose connection with each other once the helmet is turned off, requiring repairing and clearing the previous intercom pairing. That said, the FM radio is good. Voice commands from Google assistant and Alexa work when set up. The phone controls for music are also good, however I have to control volume for that function on my phone. The helmet causes the music to skip to the next song or repeat the last song played.Phone conversations are loud enough to be heard even with earplugs and the quality is acceptable.Overall, I like this helmet for the price. My Sena helmets are awesome too, but cost twice as much for what I feel is the same featured helmet. Solid buy.

Great value
Went in a 300km road trip. Music clear at 100 kms/hr Fits well, comfortable and easy to connect to other coms. The helmet exceeds my expections. I have a short windshield on my bike so, my head in in the wind. Sound is clear.

Entertainment
Everything was going fine until I got pulled over by the cops, apparently, these helmets aren't considered approved for wearing here in Australia, it was lucky that I had my open-faced helmet with me.

1 week review
I have had this helmet for about a week and put about 400 kilometres on it. I went from a Speed & Strength “Go for broke” helmet to this one.The Good:My previous S&S is abnormally light, about 1.2kg, and this helmet is rated at 2kg so I was a little worried it would be too heavy. It is noticeably heavier, but the balance is good so it is not an issue. The drop-down internal sun visor is very nice. It has good coverage as it almost touches my nose and the activation lever is easy to find and feels solid.Phone calls are fine. No problems hearing or being heard.Siri button works as expected so that help with initiating calls. The vertical view range is good. My speedo is mounted on my tank and I constantly had to look down to see it with my previous helmet. I can now just slightly incline my head to see it now.The seal is good. The main reason I am switching helmets is because there’s actually TOO much ventilation in the S&S and it dries out my eyes.Update: I charged it for the first time. It started beeping when it was low but was still functioning 30 minutes later when I get home. The beeps weren’t too loud or too often. I ended up getting about 5-6 hours of music time out of a single charge which is totally acceptable. The Bad:The modular hinges are too tight to raise or lower it with one hand. There are 3 air vents which is just barely enough. The visor is always right on the tipping point of being too foggy. The battery mini-USB cable is quite hard to plug in. There’s a water-proof slot to connect the charger through, but it’s pretty impossible so I have to take the battery pack out to charge it. Annoying but not the end of the world. The speakers are tinny due to lack of bass. People say “what do you expect from helmet speakers?” I say “Buy JBL helmet speakers and see what these small speakers are capable of”. But it doesn’t bother me.It’s hard to turn off. You have to press the Bluetooth spinner for a really long time, feels like a solid 10 seconds to shut it off. It’s therefore really easy to accidentally leave on and drain the battery. The Bluetooth spinner feels cheap. It works great but I’m not sure if it will stand the test of time. The Ugly:No way to pause music or skip songs. Thankfully, I started riding years ago with ear buds and already have a wireless remote to handle that stuff (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B081RLWSTL).The non-fogging visor is $90.The vendor is not responsive to questions so be prepared to return it to Amazon if you have issues.

Helmet is great, but my head is to big….
Received the helmet quickly. It fit very tight and pinched my ears. I ordered the XL because my head size was at the bottom of that range on the chart, but it was still tight. They very quickly sent me a new set of XXL pads but while it went on easier, it still hurt my ears on the non padded area so I ended up returning the helmet. Basically, if you’ve ever been told you have a big head, this helmet isn’t for you. It’s a decent helmet and the sound was ok.

Love the helmet
I swore I would never own a full-face motorcycle helmet - too claustrophobic. Therefore, being my first one, there was a learning curve. I had to learn to put up the bottom piece to take off or put it on. I never thought I had a big chin but, my chin is pushed up against the helmet when locked in. I bought it one size bigger than I normally wear in my half helmets. I love the stereo. I saw complaints it has to much treble and not enough bass. Well, that is so you can hear it. It is the same reason as in fighter jets they use women's voices and not men's voices. The higher pitch is easier to hear. I heard complaints it was not loud enough. Really, it is so loud my ears ring afterwards. But then again, I don't ride a Harley with the tailpipes removed. When I received the helmet, I discovered the wall plug in was not in the accessory box. I contacted the manufacturer via email, and they quickly sent me a wall plug to charge the blue tooth. Thank you very much for that! It was greatly appreciated. All in all, I have come to love the helmet. Highly recommend it. (I did drop the helmet and scratched the clear visor. Waiting until they have the anti-fog visors back in stock before I replace the one I scratched dropping it on asphalt.
